First off, two weeks into a heat wave, I’m impressed with the Mavericks A/C performance.

My concern is every vehicle I see has the typical condensation puddle underneath. Not me, bone dry. I’ve checked the cabin air filter, footwells and ran my hands across both sides of splash guards underneath vehicle and everything is dry.

Where is it going? I can only think it’s blocked or dripping on an exhaust component. If blocked wouldn’t A/C performance be affected?

Advice from anyone who has had this issue would be appreciated.

The AC can attempt to keep the temp away from the dew point primarily to prevent condensate from forming on windshield. Do not know how effective this will be in summer. I do have an inverter window unit in my home which required installation perfectly level and utilizes the condensate evaporation to improve efficiency. It does not drip condensate. I can occasionally see some condensate on my garage floor if I back out of garage a couple hours after in pull in and park. Not a whole lot. Maybe 8-14" circle.

You’re right, I did search too and could only find Hybrids so I was hoping for Ecoboost related advice. If line was blocked wouldn’t cooling performance be reduced? I haven’t experienced that.

How is the relative humidity? If it's hot but dry, it's possible any condensation is evaporating before it can collect enough to materialize. But otherwise, you should see something being discharged. Pending how long you run the AC, it may take a while before performance is affected. Probably worth checking out, regardless.

On my 2025 Hybrid it drains into the fabric underbody panel. Great engineering by Ford.
As mentioned above. The large Splash/skid panel is underneath the condensation drain tube on both the hybrid and the EcoBoost. It drains o to that panel.

It’s been humid, 67%-80%. I’ll getting underneath the truck this weekend to investigate.

Good to know, I was afraid I would have to mess with the side panels.

We were 110F here yesterday with relative a humidity of 9.8% so no condensation under the vehicle.

Here is a picture I found of the Mavericks condensation outlet underneath the truck and a brief explanation of how to access it.
Granted it is a hybrid.
I hope it helps.

Thanks Glen Baker. I found that to but was hoping it was just a Hybrid thing. Sounds like a PITA. Wish me luck!

Unless there are two drain holes punched into the sheet metal. I'm thinking that there's one condensation drain location for both Hybrid and EcoBoost.
Keep us updated with pictures, if you end up removing those panels and locating it on your EcoBoost. 👍

Will attempt this Saturday and post results.
I wish Ford would have used a simple rubber tube exiting the skid plate like every other vehicle I’ve owned.

I had an 80 VW Rabbit that the A/C drain got plugged. I ran a wire up the tube to clear it, and water ran out for over half an hour. I couldn't believe how much water was backed up in the core.
