Has anyone with a sunroof been scheduled?

I have been! Of course I am curious about that as I made the change for that about a month after my initial order. I asked the dealer and they verified it 2 weeks later. So I hope it shows up, it not, I save a grand.

Hi all! I messaged my dealer this morning to see if I could update my package and he put it to submit the changes but said he'd get back to me when they are accepted. However, I just received an email from Ford with my original build, and it's now scheduled with a Vin. Am I able to make changes while it's scheduled to be built?

Pretty sure you can't make changes once it's scheduled to be built. I tried doing so, both working with my dealer and by calling Ford Customer Service. I had no luck, even though I was only trying to omit some plastic. Your luck may or may not be better.

I feel the same way I did when my first order was scheduled 2 weeks ago - so I'll just repost that:

(Yeah, I'm one of those guys, I ordered 2. They were so screwed up and I felt so unsure of the first (and second) dealer that I ordered two. I don't think anyone got delayed because of my second order A SOLID YEAR after ordering.
Whether I sell the second one to Carvana or tell the dealership to keep it I don't know.
I'm still as excited as the first.

I actually got an email this time unlike my first order
which I just happened to see was scheduled in Ford chat.
I think that dealership was using their email address maybe just to keep me in the dark even longer?
I got no conformation of that first order or 45 day emails.
I really felt bad at that first dealer, walked away with a really empty feeling - so I ordered another.

But now please step aside and allow me thru.
I've been waiting in line for 12 months now while they chose the people in line behind me including NEW 2024 orders!
Now while I feel compassion and sympathy for those not yet chosen, I have this giddy feeling like I'm not even going to have to pay for this thing.
I'm all tingly with delight.
I take back every nasty insult I've directed towards Ford and my wonderful dealership, you're not all lazy incompetent idiots with no sense of planning or management or sourcing or fairness, please forgive me.
I feel like the prettiest girl at the prom.
While I don't really have a speech prepared, I felt I had to say something as my heart is about to leap out of my chest.
