Just called Ford customer service and got a VIN number and a January 8 build date. Crickets and no email from my dealership. Azure gray XLT hybrid lux,bap. Ordered 8/23/23 Rochester Ford MN.I just got a text from my salesperson and turns out I was scheduled in this last round - he said the email came Friday. I will update the info if/when I get it from him but build date of 2/12/24.

My understanding is you should have been getting updates from Ford USA (likely did not have the correct contact info for you), whereas here in Canada Ford does not contact the purchaser at all and we have to rely on the dealer to keep us informed. I contacted Ford Chat 3 times - twice to confirm the order (and carryover order) were received, approved and clean, and once to see if I could get a confirmation that my priority number had been changed to 2.Just called Ford customer service and got a VIN number and a January 8 build date. Called dealership to verify my order number and was blown off. Thanks, after a few calls I was able to get some positive news. January 15 build date and a VIN that works.I think some people are gonna be pleasantly surprised with tomorrow's emailing given the
