45-Day Email

My 45 day update was due a couple of days ago but I haven't received it yet. What does that mean, if anything?

Means nothing. It appears nobody is getting them this time around.

Doesn't mean much. The 45 day emails are automated but not on a rigid schedule.

A couple months ago a bunch of people got the 45 day email right before or even after they got their build emails. There's no correlation between the two.

Yeah same here. I should’ve gotten about 4 days back. Who knows, are they in the works of schedule for the new July shift? At least one can hope.

No 45 day email here for either of our (2) Maverick orders. I did come across this on reddit:

On a FB group, someone posted that Ford Customer Service told them they stopped sending the emails because of "negative feedback".

I thought this was part of an improved customer service experience from Ford. If Ford has decided to stop sending them out then they need to let people know.

I'll hold my tongue on a forum referring to a reddit mentioning a Facebook post about a phone call. But if this is the case, it just goes to show how how customer service is a no-win thing.

Ford stops sending email: "Where's my email?!?"

I agree this should be taken with a grain of salt but figured I would post it anyway. I was just over on the Bronco thread and I see a few are getting scheduled over there today so at least Ford's email server appears to be working

My 45 day update was due a couple of days ago but I haven't received it yet. What does that mean, if anything?

Mine didn't come either. No idea what it means but I'd like to think they're too busy building my vehicle (or finding the parts to build it) that they don't have time to send out emails. That's about as positive as I can be right now.

Now we are excitedly awaiting our 45 day We don't have a clue emails from Ford and are concerned when we don't get them.

I received my order confirmation about a week after I ordered…mid September, 2022. Received an email from Ford in the first week of November, 2022, promising 45 day updates. Nothing since, although my dealer calls about once a month to let me know they haven’t forgotten me.
