No, because it would leave the factory perfect. So there's no reason for them to disclose anything. Every vehicle is inspected before it leaves.You'd be amazed at how many vehicles have to go back and be fixed or a part replaced.
If that's really true in this day and age they have very poor build procedures and QC.

Sent configuration to nearest dealer 8/1. Followed up and was told order banks in NY were not open yet. That was 8/14. Went to another NY dealer yesterday and ordered without issue. So I'm now 16 days behind where I should have been all along.

They haven’t even started scheduling yet. Plus you are only behind others at the same dealership. And then, most likely only behind those with similar trim level. First a dealer needs an allocation, they need the build config Ford is looking for. For example, if you are a Lariat AWD and the others are XL Hybrid, you probably would get picked sooner than the other ‘ahead’ of you.
And with them hold the first builds, for inspections, they could arrive at the same time anyway.

Agreed. Why aren't the workers picking up on these flaws and fixing them before the vehicles get further down the line? No pride in their work or low work ethic? Ford should hold their employees to higher standard as this doesn't seem like a wise or cheap business practice (maybe why they're losing so much money to recalls and repairs).

Still, I look forward to my Maverick and hope it's problem(ish) free.

OK, I can see that with all the computer tech in these new vehicles, but anything beyond that is unacceptable.

I don't work at the factory but I think it's also the supplier. They are an assembly plant.

It ain't like the days (100+ years ago) 1903. When "Henry" built his cars completely onsite. (made his own steel, cloth and glass, etc..).
Today, ALL Auto Manufacturers are... ASSEMBLY PLANTS... :wink:
WIth Thousands of 'Sub-Suppliers" to work with.. Any "Physical Issues" with parts are really the Sub-Suppliers' action or lack of QC... :confused:

I received my confirmation for a 2025 Maverick Lariat today.

I talked to the dealer a week ago and they reassured me that my order would be a Job 2 Lariat so the Pro Trailer features are included.

Should I be concerned that I got an order confirmation?

I received my confirmation for a 2025 Maverick Lariat today.

I talked to the dealer a week ago and they reassured me that my order would be a Job 2 Lariat so the Pro Trailer features are included.

Should I be concerned that I got an order confirmation?
Is there an issue where some of the 2025's won't have the pro trailer features? I thought any 2025 Lariat with the 4K tow package would automatically have that?

Job 1 Maverick Lariat and Tremors won't have the Pro Trailer Assist options regardless of whether you have the 4k tow package or not. Job 2 will have those features.

I just contacted my dealer via email asking if my build will be Job 1 or 2. Order went in 8/15, so I'm hoping that means 2. Any other way to determine this?
