No, it's not normal.I had the old shudder and it went away after the recall. The stopping became smooth everytime. This shudder shakes the vehicle and makes a metal rattle sound as it comes to a stop. It definately does not feel normal, but maybe it is?
I had the same experience as yourself with my '22. Occasional shudder on low speed transition to regen., as the ICE shut down. Felt like a misfire. Never happened again after the emissions recall (that also addressed the grabby brakes) that I had done in October.
Thanks for starting this thread outlining your experience with the recalls! Not sure I trust the software updates to be free of issues.
