As an FYI my MAV arrived in Wilmington DE on 3 May, My expected delivery window (per FORD) was 3-9 May, Someone with access went into UNITED EOAD and found a truck delivery date for me of 10 May. That would be today - i am waiting on Pins and Needles to hear something from my dealer. The truck does not show up on Maverick Dealer Search or the dealer Website as In Transit so i doubt it will be today.

This works great i used it tio track my rail car across the country.

NS Norfolk Southern
1. Call 800-635-5768
2. Press 2.
3. Press 2.
4. Enter the letters on the numeric keypad then press #. As in: TTGX will be 8849
5. Enter the numbers then press #. It wasn't taking my voice prompts but typing worked.

Confused about NS. Got railcar number from dealer and followed prompts above. The update says railcar left April 28 but my ship email was yesterday. Any ideas?

Yes, I just tried to put in my order number and VIN and it keeps resetting the initial page. I'm assuming they're having some type of technical issue?

My Maverick was built a few weeks ago and should be in transit now but ever since it was completed it doesn't show up on the Ford tracker anymore. I put in my order number and VIN and it just refreshes the page.

happens more times than it doesn't. Site works 2 days a week for me only. Not sure if it's query limit thing or not but https://ordertrack.app seems to have no problem pulling from ford.

Thanks very much! I tried that link and it works. My Maverick is now "In Production". Eeeep! So excited!

Hmm. I have only been trying that link, or both links for a couple of days. But I don't get anything on the Ford link, and on the other it just shows order confirmed. But the dealer tells me it has a projected build date of 6/9

In my case, the Ford tracker seemed to be a day behind the ordertrack.app

It is using freight tracking for delivery status.
