I have never received communication from Ford about the order and my dealer had not contacted me yet. After seeing so many posted here I got antsy and contacted the chat expecting nothing new and almost couldn't believe my eyes when she told me it was scheduled. It's always worth checking in occasionally.Did you not get an email yet? I’m wondering if I should bug someone in the chat as well.
I called the fmc marketing number and they said its possible, but not probable. Dealer is going to resubmit the color change and see what happens. Fingers crossed!Give it a couple days to let the dust settle, and then ask for the color change. You can change the color all the way up until it is in the booth.
Similar to me 4 weeks ago. Gave chat my sales/order code and they gave me someone else’s VIN only for me to find out I was still unscheduled/clean. I feel your pain. Sorry! Hopefully it happens soon!Ultimate F you. Got the "your vehicle is scheduled for production" from the Ford chat since I have not received any emails since the very beginning. She gave me the VIN and when I put it in the tracker it was someone else's truck. WTF! Called the dealer, "Oops, sorry gave you the wrong order number." Chatted with Ford again with the right order number this time......unscheduled clean.![]()
