Priority code only impacts your priority versus other orders from the same dealership. A change from 19 to 10 helps if no one else is at 10 already at that dealership and that dealership has any allocations. You are an ecoboost so eventually you should get built this year as long as the number of allocations at your dealership matches or exceeds the number of priority 10 ecoboost orders at your dealership.
