funny you mention Kia as I said that as well. I've had several Kia/Hyundai's since the mid 2000s and they have all been comfortable. Last ford I had was a 2003 F-150 and it was comfortable. I don't find the new Rangers and Mavericks comfortable. They are just really hard.
ya it's better...
I posted a similar post yesterday. I find the Mav seats very hard and uncomfortable. I’ve tried xl, xlt, and lariat and there is a slight difference but not much. Mine will be built next month but I’m highly considering not taking it because it’s so bad…
Ya it just doesn't seem "slightly firm" to me, it just seems hard. I don't know why. I'm fine with the interior otherwise. But I plan to keep this for 10 years so comfort is a huge issue. I do wish I ordered the XLT with the Lux package to get the lumbar support though. But the one coming...
I don't think price matters necessarily but it certainly can be. My 2023 Hyundai Elantra was $22k and has seats basically as comfortable as the Telluride at $40k. Having padding in a seat isn't an expensive thing.
because everyone basically had to order a Maverick before seeing one? I only recently actually got to sit in any for any period of time. I had sat in one quickly and it just wasn't long enough to REALLY test it. And I really didn't think it would be this bad. But I don't like the Ranger...
eh they are slightly better than the XL/XLT seats but not by much IMHO. Still way hard compared to Kia/Hyundai's I've owned/been in. I literally just went to ford before this post to compare the XLT to the Lariat. Because I'm really hoping I can figure something out as I really really want to...
One of the main issues I have while sitting in these Mavs (I don't have one yet, waiting, have an XLT being built at the end of the month) is that the seats seem uncomfortable to me. Like they are just way too hard. My wife has a Kia Telluride and I have a Hyundai Elantra and the seats are way...
Yay mine finally has a VIN and scheduled build date June 26th! Hope I can get it in my hands towards the end of summer. I ordered mine down the road from me at Bowen Scarff in Kent.
I know I'm bumping an older thread so forgive me. These are the exact tires I want to put on mine. I have an XLT with the black appearance package coming that has 18s. Think these same size tires would go onto the BAP 18s without issue?
So I get my vehicles maintained on time but never heard of this oil catch can until this thread so thank you!
Does anyone here have one of these on their Mav and can recommend it? Are they hard to install? I know nothing about actually working on cars lol.
omg I take out the trailer hitch and BOOM!!!!:

🕺 Bowen Scarff Ford in Kent, WA
Been happening here. Bowen Scarff Ford in Kent, WA where I have my pre-order at is a "no haggle" dealership and their prices are insane. They have had base XL's fly off the lot in minutes for $40k. No joke. Terrible to watch while I'm still waiting for mine but I understand it. I don't have...
yep that's where I am. I don't NEED a hitch but want it, especially for $100. But like you said, uhaul will install one for like $375 or something. Not $100 but a lot better than over paying for a Maverick with a factory hitch or not getting a Maverick at all IMHO.
I did that. I changed after waiting so long and it just seems ford doesn’t want to make XL’s. Plus the xlt has the black appearance package which I really like. I also changed from hybrid to ecoboost. And now I might take the hitch off. Lol. But that’s about it that I’m willing to change...
