I also had never received anything from Ford or my dealer. I contacted Ford chat and was congratulated on getting a VIN. Just to make sure it wasn't a cruel joke, the next week I called Customer Service - they also congratulated me on getting a VIN,I have never received communication from Ford about the order and my dealer had not contacted me yet. After seeing so many posted here I got antsy and contacted the chat expecting nothing new and almost couldn't believe my eyes when she told me it was scheduled. It's always worth checking in occasionally.
I would absolutely reach out to Chat or Customer Service or both.
