At this point wondering what it would be like to be the last one off the assembly line for MY23. Would that be a fun thing to be?? should I start cheering for that?? Don't build mine now.....I hope I don't get THE email next week. That would ruin it!

I just called ford customer service and the lady I spoke with was super helpful. She pulled up the "SVS AM Preview Report" and gave me 5 codes that is holding up my order.

G9 - No dealer allocations
G26 - Constraint Item - Hybrid
G26 - Constraints Item - Trailer Hitch
G14 - Production Week Full
G15 - Supplier Availability Issue

My suggestion is to call ford directly and ask them to look up that report for you. She stated that my dealer may not know about it but this seemed super helpful. Being a dealer allocation issue first, I am not holding my breathe for any email anytime soon.

Your person knew way more than mine did. I will have to try the new lingo here next time I call and see if it helps!

Another month and once again I have no production date.

Its been 545 days since I placed my 2022 MY Maverick order. I talked to the New Sales Manager at Germain Ford in Columbus Ohio yesterday afternoon and they gave me no useful information!

I’m too angry to think about this any more.

My brother, is receiving his XLT hybrid this week and just received an email yesterday for the build starting in June for the 3 hybrid xl's for his business fleet.
Me, I got nada, so if I don't get a build date this year, I'll just buy one of his fleet trucks. Not optimal but I can't pay $5-10k over sticker the dealers are asking around here.

I appreciate the reply and information. May I ask what number you called? Was is 1-800-334-4375? That's the number I call to check on the status of my order. I just called and got the standard unscheduled clean status and I mentioned the SVS AM Preview Report and I was told they don't have access to that information in that dept. Maybe you got super lucky or called a different number or got a different dept?
