Managed to finagle a rail car number from a Ford chat rep finally. Interestingly, they say that the ETA on their end is May 22-25th, but the Ford tracker says May 19th-June 1st. Still within the tracker ETA window, but a more specific delivery window I guess.

I found the Ford reps had better ETAs than the tracker with our Bronco Sport. Our ETA changed 3-4 times, but the reps dates were spot on, even with the changes.

Mine was built May 6th. And I got the shipping email the next Thursday. I checked in with the dealer and it was in Arizona and should be at the dealer in early June!

Interesting, kind of random when the tracker updates though. I still don't have a window sticker yet. I am in Camden County too btw.

Yep. Chat agent this morning says "I show an ETA of 05/23/2023-05/29/2023"

Ford Tracker (as of right now) still says "Estimated Delivery 05/20/2023 - 06/02/2023"

Since that shows a 3 day buffer on both ends, I wonder if the customer facing tracker automatically adds a 3 day buffer? Who knows. Would be a fun data analytics project for someone to do. Get people to report the tracker date range compared to a live human reported date range.

In person. Going to have to get someone to come get me from Wichita and deliver me to Salina. Or hope an Uber driver wants to make that trip. Haha. About $150 bucks for an Uber it looks like.

Someone from the dealership will get you. Just let them know the airline and time and they’ll be there. We flew up when we picked up the sport. Easy as can be. We were in and out of the dealership in 30 minutes. We did all the paperwork from home ahead of time.

I have the same thing - Ford says May 24-31 (as does dealer), online tracker says May 22 - June 4.
