I appreciate your info as always! Does Ford make the international and fleet constantly with retail, or just weeks of fleet/international, like how the last couple weeks stated just Retail?

But if you estimating 44k, at least there is some wiggle room for the following weeks to have more added and possibly mine . But sounds like not to keep hopes any higher than normal due to the known shutdown.

I'm thinking my dealer's estimate of "late spring" would have worked if not for the 9,000 fleet vehicles eating up capacity. Now it is looking like it will show up after I really needed it the first week of June, even if it is scheduled in the next batch. So, I guess I'll start looking at a back-up plan for that week of June.

Someone has to be last...

Consider myself blessed and lucky to get a hybrid order scheduled. Got a call from dealer earlier in the week that they were looking to schedule. Was a Priority 14 up until that point. Had them apply some last minute changes like adding moonroof, switching to Lux instead of stand-alone hitch and adding CP360) and then changes got accepted and order scheduled.

Hey all. This is my first post and not sure of how to do everything. I wanted to thank everyone here for all the advice and help or I would not be able to say this but I got a vin and build date today.
Email at 11:12 et. Ionic silver xlt. Hybrid. Lux package and 360. Ordered it at Chapman ford in Ohio the minute the banks opened on sept 15th 2022. Due to system issues it took them an hour or so to finally get it through. Build date is April 10. Dealership has been great and keeping me up to date. Hope this helps and I feel for everyone waiting. Thank you all

So...is it too late to upgrade to XLT or Lariat? I for sure will stay with the hybrid.

There is NO way Ford is telling the truth about changing engine not pushing you back.

i am still the only tremor at my dealership. I am a prio 10. They have allocations. I changed 7 weeks ago. Why am I waiting this long for a simple ICE vehicle to get a date?

i realize it gets annoying hearing from ppl who haven’t waited 16 months like some, but I don’t even have a car and now the earliest I’ll receive one is… 9 months after order? Insane.

For as long as it seems you have been waiting, I would swap spots with you to get yours faster if it was possible. Or at least be the last retail order (make all fleet last), but nobody actually wants to be last. haha.

My current 09 Escape I feel comfortable to last me till I get the Maverick, but at 250k miles on it, parts are wearing out and I dont want to put any $ into it. Putting money into it, the value isnt going to change on it at all really, so im just throwing money away. So I am luckier than some on that aspect that its still in solid shape and gets me where I need to go, but I have had it since 2011 with 14k miles on it...and time for an upgrade, so hurry up Ford...haha

I work from home. So, my 06 Saturn Vue is good enough for now. My wife's Escape handles everything else. It's just I camp with the Boy Scouts and an "Escape with a bed" would be handy.
