I picked up my 2023 XL hybrid yesterday at George Wall Ford in RedBank NJ after a 567 day wait from the original order in Oct 2021 and later 2023 reorder in September.
Luckily I was able by keeping up in the forum and watching the Long McArthur videos to be on top of the transaction process...

If you received the VIN then you should be able to use it to determine what the powertrain is in the one that was scheduled..

Went in to dealer yesterday and changed my XL from Carbonized Gray (to get order in on 09/17) to Atlas Blue, No issues and got copy of updated order sheet.
Noticed order was at Pty 15 discussed with Sales Mgr (why not Pty 10) and was told they were instructed to wait until Friday to change all...
Called Dealer at 2:05 PM to ask them to change color on my XL order that was having issues (Atlas Blue was causing an error) so they changed it to Carbonized Grey Metallic so it could go through (thanks forum) and got the email 5 min after I hung up. I will fix the color later or just accept...

Called my Sales Manager and had him enter a color other than Atlas Blue got the acknowledgement from Ford 5 minutes later..
Will 'fix' the color issue before they start selecting orders...
Went to my dealer this AM to check status...
11AM EDT
Order was not in the system
Sales Manager went to place order (reorder of 22 Hybrid XL)
** System is not available **
Issues reported to technical support teams
Hopefully in by end of today...

The Ford 800 # went through the voice prompts 'Maverick' and was connected to a representative who gave me the CERT# and expiration after I nicely inquired...
Called Ford this afternoon.
Re-validated my contact info and order info, email etc..
They confirmed my VB XL Hybrid is being rolled over to 2023
