Thanks! I need all help available!Aw, Delzona, I've been rootin' for ya.
That's seems the way it is, but you would think Ford would focus on getting June/July/ August builds a date.Likely allocations. He was first in line at that new dealer, and probably was back of the line for the others.
Every week Ford does a round robin across alll dealers and picks one vehicle from each dealer, then goes back around till they run out of slots or parts.
Each dealer has a monthly allocation and their own priority. When the round robin comes to that dealer, they get to use one of their allocations and the first in line gets picked.
The build and availability from ford decides who gets to get in line this week, and the dealers priority codes decide what order that line is in.
There is more nuance but that is why a June order at a dealer with 100 orders has to wait, while a November order at a dealer with 2 can get picked.
Yes, I do love my Taco but the transmission seems like something from the 90s and looking forward to gaining an average of p10 to 15 MPG with the Maverick.I'm trading my Tacoma too - Hate the transmission.. I'm afraid the bottom is going to fall out of the market for used Tacomas. I'll make a bet a LOT of people are trading. Toyota is going to take a big hit.
Best pun award!... May the Ford be with you.

We need a Fingers Crossed emoji added to the others.Interesting.... According to Ford Marketing this morning there has been some sort of activity in my order account today. Not gonna get my hopes up (again and because she said as of when I called at 945am EST that it's still in order processing status), but that's more than I've heard from Ford itself (other than the free FITS thing) in a long time. Thankfully my dealership has been great with its own updates.
We also need a Shrug emoji added to the others!I never got an email but when I check the tracker I’m now showing in production, Although no ETAs are given. Is there any rough estimate on what to expect?
Actually, Thanksgiving is a religious holiday in Mexico. For the person asking about scheduling on Thanksgiving, that depends. The factory is in Mexico where Thanksgiving is a not a holiday, but a lot of direction comes from the other side of the border. Let's hope they just keep building them while we enjoy our turkey or other main course.
Not all who have ordered have heard anything. Early Sept order.Hey, Ford is attempting to keep buyers in the loop with emails.
Most manufacturers do not. If you order a new Honda, you just have to wait and get updates from your dealer.
Whether you get scheduled or not in the timeframe you feel is appropriate has no correlation to warranty approvals/work done.
It was a new dealership that just reopened and they had not sent any orders over yet so i was able to be in that first batch they sent. How did you get a date so fast lol.
if you ordered after Nov 15, you did not order anything. Hybrids are sold out for 2022. 2023 will be available to order some time next summer...I just ordered a hybrid engine version from WA and the dealer estimated 4 months. Just fluff?
I ordered my Hybrid Lariat Lux on July 19 and am hoping for a January 22 production date. Wish someone at Ford would sprinkle some Pixie Dust on my order...I just ordered a hybrid engine version from WA and the dealer estimated 4 months. Just fluff?
True variation, my email was a survey about the repairs I had to endure on the old Fusion last week.we have a new club - the wrong email society
