Blinker noise too loud

People keep telling me the blinker noise is very loud and annoying when on a phone call. Especially if at a long traffic light waiting to turn. Anyone else hear this complaint and does anyone have a work around for it?

The microphone in the A-pillar is picking up the sound.

Solution: Phone use can wait. Hang up and fn drive.

It's too loud. I've noticed the same. Calls are noisy in general. Not sure there is a fix.
