Same here.
When we get into town, It's usually the tunnel of torture because it's the handiest and fastest.
I may dry it, if there's shade and time. Usually I try and get it washed while my wife is grocery shopping.
With arthritis in my back. My hand washing the truck days are pretty much over.
I'm sure not going to hand wash in over 100°.

I'm over it too and don't wash, but the public still loves it. Drove by the popular local Whole Foods and the heard "that's a nice car" yesterday. Asian-American people like practical cars and it's a complement to me.

That's why I got this Ryobi handheld blower. Gets 90% of the water off the truck, then 10 minutes of towel drying and the towels not even wet.

You'll no longer have the issue of lingering water in crevices or gaps. I got it a couple weeks ago from home Depot on sale for $119.99 with the battery and charger included, normally 149.99. This one has multiple nozzles and attachments, the one pictured has a soft pliable rubber tip.

You could also use your standard battery-powered yard blower but they're too big noisy and cumbersome for vehicle use in my opinion.

I just use my leaf blower, or my compressor
