Agreed, I always stood on the running boards of my 12' & 16' F-150's when washing.

When I was a youngen I would get in the bed to do the roof.
Today those spoilers on some factory tailgates don’t corporate with the typical human knee, at least not mine.

I don't have an after wash moment. I have had my Mav for about 8 months and proud of the none stick seasoning I've put on it . I just don't get much free time. When I do, I'm loading bikes in the back and seeking out dirt vs getting rid of it.

Winter only, it get a run through for underbody.

That's why I got this Ryobi handheld blower...

Agreed. It is so easy to wash compared to my last truck. I usually go over mine with Maguire's spray detailer if time permits.

As part owner and worker for last seven years in an automotive, ATV, snow machine, jet ski, Graphics Company. When I was there we used 3m vinyl.
If the surface of the vehicle is properly cleaned pre-treated and the graphics are put on per the instructions. A car Wash will not remove them.

I saw posts on other forums that some had problems with their decals coming off

GTO,,, I had a 68 in high school in 81

I had a 68 Tempest Custom HO.
It had a 325 hp high output 350 with a Hurst shifted 3 speed and a 3.23 posi.
Bought it from the original owner, beautiful dark green with black bench seat interior.
My GTO was a 2006 6 speed Cyclone Grey. Miss both of them.

I think it kind of goes like that no matter how you wash it. I’ve just moved to Oklahoma, a friend of mine offered me a room cheap but compared to what I was paying in Colorado. She’s got a crappy stone driveway not even a good stone driveway so I take mine to the car wash. And I still love how it looks when it comes out.

I ordered my truck pretty much all ready "COOL" theres always something,,,, next is if Im a good boy,,, lol... Santa should bring me Diode Dynamics fog lights and Ford break caliper covers

Funny,,, not long ago, we was waiting on delivery and the mess that went with that! I waited 13 months for mine.
