No problem. See the pic where my thumb is holding a small piece of black plastic up against the underneath side of the mount of the visor? I taped that little piece of plastic on there with electrical tape. Doing so filled in the space that was causing the new visor to wobble and be loose. Also I can report after 6 months of usage my visor is still nice and tight. I hope that helps you.
It does thank you! Trying to figure out if I want to install a dimming mirror or the visor. I don’t want to install the homelink mirror with the internal battery as that is just straight e-waste and I’m not sure if I want to tap into anything right now. Thanks for the info!
I like the what you did to get the BS visor to fit. I found that the '20+ Escape visor is actually a better fit, the clip part of the plastic mount is closer to the Mav. I've had one installed for several months now without any issue.

I like it because of the OEM look. I have the homelink visor on my Bronco and I just instinctively start reaching for the visor to open or close the door so I just find it less confusing as well.

It does but I will say the BS version really extends, my wife has a BS, it's probably overkill for the Mav.

I have a 24 Xlt no sunroof, my buddy’s 23 sunroof Xlt also had the speaker on the a-pillar like this. One last question, (sorry!), it doesn’t rub the headliner or anything?
So I have been looking online, the 2021 model year escape has part number LJ6Z7804105CB, which in ford's parts catalogue goes to a plug-in hybrid model.... the 2020 model year has part number LJ6Z7804105CA (all the same but last letter) and that is for a standard escape, I think? You said on Facebook the 21+ is different?
