Oh, you're saying you would be fine with rwd for the hybrid? I haven't noticed any drawbacks with the fwd. In fact, fwd is more preferable when it comes to traction over slick roads and members here have reported the fwd does a decent job getting through snow.

I have owned 2 *cars* with DCTs, both made by Getrag and both were great. But try towing something with a Hyundai Santa Cruz. Actually, don't, just find videos on YouTube of it.

If a wet plate setup designed for 400hp and 350+ TQ can handle north of 700hp and 600 TQ+, it can handle a max tow of 4k with ease. Again, very much depends on the unit.

Not likely but if the Lobo trans is actually a DCT, I'd order one for sure. Not pleased with a required sunroof, and I'd love to think that the EB will get a bump in the Lobo, but I kind of doubt it.

I think the DCT is more likely contrary to popular opinion on this thread. I just don't see calling a remapped lazy shifting 8F35 with one less gear a quick shift transmission. With the Lobo getting the dual clutch RDU the sporty aim of the Lobo seems to strongly hint DCT.
BTW the RDU is would be programed more to torque vectoring orientation than offroad locker, it did first come in the Focus RS after all.
They did fewer colors on the 23 Tremor as well.

Im interested to know what they did to the hybrid drivetrain for the AWD 4K. Surely they didnt just leave it the same... When the battery gets drained on long uphill climbs and you are down to just a normally aspirated 4 cyl its going to be begging for mercy with a full load. Hopefully they beefed up the battery or something as Im serious considering the hybrid 4k AWD.

so, that's interesting. on the trims with ACC, they list 'predictive speed assist' which is not a feature on the MY22-24 ACC.

Predictive Speed Assist is speed sign recognition and turn assist. They used that term on the 2025 Escape and will be using that terminology instead of Speed Sign Recognition. That feature was not on the 22-24MY ACC.

Nope it is not a unibody, and no I did not fail anything, I was looking for an example of a truck that offered a manual tranny.
