Lane centering should only work when adaptive cruising. There should be a button on the steering wheel to turn off lane centering if you donāt want it on. Think itās a steering wheel icon.
Initially had a lariat, got totaled by a negligent driver. I then got an XLT lux, but itās not the same. Wish I had spent the money and got another lariat
If this was a GT500 or a sports car where driving feels matters the most, then yea I wouldnāt want a dial shifter.
But for a point A to B truck, I donāt see the issue. Turn it all the way to the right (regardless of the clicks), youāre in drive. Do it the other way and youāre in park. Donāt see...
Loved my Lariat hybrid when I had it. Sadly it was totaled and I picked up a XLT with FX4 and 4K tow. Still a great spec but I feel I liked my hybrid more.
Went from a ā24 lariat to a ā24 XLT with lux. Only real feature I miss is the adaptive cruise and lane centering. Makes long drives a breeze. Found I didnāt use it much when I had my lariat, so I went down to the XLT lux
Just lost mine recently also to a drunk driver. Rear ended. Waiting to see if its totaled or not, hoping it is. I'll be switching to the ecoboost side if it is.
After building my ideal XLT awd hybrid for it to be 1k under my 24 loaded lariat hybrid has brought me back to my senses about upgrading. A 37k XLT is crazy
If I didn't have a 70 mile commute for work each day, I'd be in a Tremor or FX4 with 4K tow. I prefer the more capable truck but right now the gas savings are more important.
Was really hoping for a hybrid FX4. Wouldāve traded in my 24 Lariat tomorrow. Not sure how vulnerable the underbelly of the hybrid awd will be. And I want tow hooks
