Trying to get some actual numbers of failed axles and with which setup. It's hard to get any type of accurate numbers by reading all the threads. If you've had an axle or two, or three, or four, fail on you, please fill out the pole.

From my understanding it's pretty much a roll of the dice.

But no issues on my end... yet... at 18k. Stock height 245/65R17 KO2's (heavy boi's - do not recommend)

I feel like if mine is going to have an issue, it's going to be more towards the PTU/Tranny area. But I'll be checking my CV's here in the next couple weeks when I do my first tranny flush and regular oil/filter change. I did top off with a little over half a quart when I got the truck. No big deal. So far so good though!

You are the man!! This survey should get you a better idea of what is going on.

Let me say something here while it is on my mine. This Maverick Forum is years ahead of the other one. Things that we have addressed and solved a year ago are just being mentioned as new concerns in the other forum.

There is a few of you RadMav who's monikers I can't remember but I should remember who have been awesome in giving us real options and solutions to our issues as they arise. The dude from Montana is one that comes to mind.

The guy who did the complete speaker/truck bed wiring with photos and bullet point instructions

The guy who did the correct way to install aftermarket fog and or driving lights.

The guy who helped us find the right wires to splice into depending on if you had an XL, XLT, Lariat or Ecoboost for the turn signal upgrades.

All of you, a big thank you!! You didn't have to spend the time doing what you did, but you did!!

I have a leveled EB AWD and had 1 cv axle replaced under warranty.

I think there should be a couple options added for no problems , stock , lifted and lowered and mayber break those into hybrid /awd/fwd/tremor.
I can’t mark one on the chart but around $10k on on tremor axles with 32” mud terrains and aditional 1 1/2” added lift of axle angle added to tremor axles+ additional 3” drop kit for crossmember .no problems on it . Truck driven Hard too.
Overall comparison of problem vehicles to no problem would be cool.

I didn’t fill out the poll because I haven’t had a failure yet, but…
My 22 EB AWD with 1.5 lift has developed a slight vibration/shudder when accelerating at low speed, about 20 mph after turning. Right turns more so for some reason.

I suppose as we can't see the number of views on the thread but.. 13 failures in 2 days on what I have to assume is very small group of active MTB members participating is sufficient. Ford has an actual problem they are ignoring, kudos to Radmav for shinning a light
