I went to the Ford website they have a sale for 15% off. I am getting $391 shipped to my local dealership tax included. 0
Price: $435 minus $65.35 plus tax
Does anyone know of a currently lower price for one in stock?

Not an answer to your question, but I got my Line-X dealer to spray in the black bedliner for $495 cash after I showed him that is what Ford charges if ordered from the factory. I am a fan of SIBL over the others.

Who has seen, plastic set-in bedliners, lying along the freeway?
Over the years I've probably seen close to a dozen.
I am guessing it has to lift itself completely out of the bed.
How does that happen??

I would spend the extra 50 60 bucks and get a quality Line-X or rhino spray in liner. The crappy drop in liners aren't worth it.

My truck included the drop in from the factory with the luxury package, I'd trade it everyday of the week for a spray-in.

Personally I think factory paint retains value, and I plan to fully keep that paint in excellent condition by putting tons of clear 3m sticker on the bed before bedliner install,and uninstalling after I sell the car in a few years.

I plan to do my modular bedliner and if you don't like that, that's fine, but why post about stuff I don't care about in my thread? Why threadjack? I only care about the cheapest price of a specific product. Best of luck to all who desire to spray paint over factory paint.

I don’t think of it as threadjacking. He was offering a suggestion for something he really likes more than a DIPL. It’s ok - we all usually appreciate recommendations. But, good to know that’s why you are doing a DIPL.

For what it’s worth, I’d choose to buy a used truck with Line-X than one without it, all other things being equal.

There are many threads on drop-in vs spray-in and that was the actual question...so...

It's work in progress, but I too am getting better at just answering the question at hand or bypassing the post.
