I installed the bed rug in our Maverick! It is all I need for what I am using the Maverick for. Easy installation, easy on the knees, if you need to get into the bed and easy to blow out. Just transferred storage from one spot to another and it worked great. The bed rug also provides enough friction so that items do not slide around. I have two boards placed in the slots to help hold things in place when necessary.

I'd like to hear your opinion.

Should I get a drop in, spray in, or bedrug?

I have never had a truck, so I don't know what hauling I'll be doing. The jobs that I know I want to do are haul musical equipment (drums, tubas, etc.) And camping trips with the fam.

I'm actually leaning towards bedrug because it's the most affordable and seems to be the most comfortable.

I've basically written off drop in, but maybe I shouldn't?

Spray in is the most attractive option, but at basically double the bedrug and for what I plan to do, worth it?

Thank you in advance for your opinions!
Get the spray in bed liner and the rubber matt.

The Spray in came with my package. But.... I bought the Ford hard bedliner and tailgate cover. I figured I would be dragging stuff over the bed, like heavy sharp metal objects (rototiller) and figure the hard vinyl plastic would hold up better. I do like the spray in for the side/front of the bed protection and rustproof. It is about an 1/8 inch thick. Here are the order numbers for the bed and tailgate liners.
Bed Tray Liner Part # NZ6Z-9900038-B
Tailgate Liner Part # NZ6Z- 9900038-C

I used my Ford points to get them. I also bought the touch up paint and hood bug deflector/protector.

Sorry to bring up this old thread. Just got my truck and I’m in Houston. Still happy with your liner? Looks great in these photos. Thanks for the help!

While it would be annoying - you can do what I did.

Ford OEM plastic drop in bedliner + bed rug (just the floor bed rug not the full).

The logic is - when I need to use it as a truck - i pull the bed rug out (velcro). I dont have to worry about any of the bed panels getting scratched.

When I dont need to put dirty stuffs in the back - leave the bed rug in.

That + a tri fold tonneau its like having a massive trunk. Willing to be my truck bed is cleaner than most peoples cars.

The downs side of it - you have to trim the bed rug lightly to make it fit around parts of the bedliner.
