That front end doesn't look as bad as I first thought. I do love that color!

Isn't that "Pea Green"? As in Pea Soup. It looks the color of pea soup to me.

Maybe that's not the true color in person. Kind of like Cyber Orange isn't the color in person that it was on their website when I ordered it. It's much more school bus yellow in person...but I digress.

Eruption green is another one of those colors that varies a lot depending on lighting. So overcast in the rain it's not surprising that it looks more "flat" without sunlight to pop out the metallic yellow flake.

Note that it's overcast and the pavement appears wet. Color will be like cactus gray and "lean" towards surrounding colors. I would expect greener green as direct sun becomes available particularly blacker pavement. Sort of like the green color "erupts" as sun rises!🤔

My first Bronco was EG and I loved it.

I'm sorry but that front end still looks like total ass. It is my opinion that Ford actually made it look worse to try and push folks to the Ranger.

EDIT: LOL. I own an eruption green AWD hybrid lariat and I love it.

This aged as well as milk.

I think the front Fascia is growing on me. And Eruption Green looks great.
I'm used to it as well now... At least I like it on the XLT.... Lariat seems a bit busier at the lower valance.

It doesn't look as totally crappy in darker colors. I'm still convinced that front redesign was forced on the designers by bean counters requiring a cheaper headlight unit. I can just see the design team scrambling to do something on a budget and on very short notice. And then collectively holding their noses.

I bet you won't see "I did the 2025 Maverick exterior refresh" on anybody's resume.

I don't know if it's just me but it looks like they might have tweaked the front fascia a little bit as a result of the backlash. It doesn't look as polarizing as it did in the photos from several weeks ago. Maybe it looks different since it was captured on video with it moving. Not sure. But it isn't as bad as people make it out to be. I am so glad they're finally offering Eruption Green. That should've been a standard color from the start. If they had offered that already, that would've been my first choice.

I just want to know what the interior looks like. If I had to guess, it'll mostly look and feel the same with the exception of the new Sync 4 touchscreen. It would be nice if they put some less scratchy materials in it too but I shouldn't get my hopes up too much which would lead to a drastic price hike. It's coming regardless but it'll be less if they use the same materials. I love my truck but it is the most scratchy interior I've ever had. It's gonna look like s*** in a few years.

Still not fond of the front end, but it's "Ok". Still glad I have a 2024 on order (hopefully).

I would have liked to have seen more of the back end of the truck. Saw a 2" receiver and that's about it.

As others said, nice color.

Funny that I just finished reading this thread, and I'm followed in town by an eruption green Bronco sport. It's a nice enough color. Very calming. Very sedate.
