No dead battery here either, but only 2 days in 10 months it wasn't driven.Love it other than the constant struggle with a dead 12v battery and now this!

Been planning on getting one soon even before this new issue. No clue if the two issues are related.OP, you really need a non-Ford AGM battery to replace your defective, undersized Ford battery. Some Mav owners have found success for their "dead" Mav.
I feel you GhostMav. My thinking is even if the did the recall after the specified time, there is a certain way it had to be done in order for it to be effective. I recall reading about it in here. I wish I could give you the reference.Been planning on getting one soon even before this new issue. No clue if the two issues are related.
That's what I've been hearing as well. Tow truck just picked it up to take it to the dealership and it'll get looked at in the morning. I'll post updates here if there are any.I feel you GhostMav. I am knocking on wood as I type this. I have two Mavricks, my wifes 2022 lariat and my 2024 lariat. I have had no reason to take the 2024 in to the dealer yet in the 4 months that I have owned it. I have taken the wifes in for every re-call that has been issued. All the reprogramings have gone great with no problems. I was having the deep sleep issue and all they did was a reporgramming of the modules and the issue right now has not returned three months later.Just wanted to let everyone know that the recalls that were supposedly updated to no longer cause trucks to go into limp mode are indeed still causing trucks to go into limp mode. I posted here a few weeks ago about being hesitant to let my dealer do all of the recalls because of all of the trucks having issues after them. Everyone here assured me Ford had fixed the issue with those updates so I went ahead and did them.
Lo and behold a few weeks later it happened to me. Never happened before getting these software recalls done. Now I'm without a truck once again and cannot get to work. Again. If I had any money saved up to get another vehicle after selling this one it would be gone to Carmax next week. I'm done with Ford.
Kind of my thinking. My 2022 has ran great for 27,000 miles. I've got 4 outstanding recalls, Not including the failed butcher job of a first engine recall.I have had no problems with my MY24 Hybrid and don't plan on any recall updates anytime soon. If it taint broke, no need to fix it.
I had to do the same thing. Worked great though, so no complaints here..I have also had no recall issues. Only issue I had was Ford's latest FordPass app update didn't play nice with the last Sync version and I was forced to update it manually.
