Well here is the story of my 2022 Ford Maverick Hybrid. At around 23k miles on the truck I started to notice a slight vibration under hard acceleration and upon further inspection found that grease was oozing out of my inner CV joint on the passenger side CV axle. Well called my local Ford dealer for an appointment and at that time they were a month out. So after a month i brought the truck in and they confirmed that the CV axle did needed to be replaced but at that time they were on a back order with no replacement in sight. Well another month went by and the truck started to become unable to drive without the front end feeling it was going to vibrate apart even under just light acceleration. So i dropped my truck off at my local dealer again and they gave me a loner and about 2 weeks later the CV axle finally arrived and I received my truck back. Fast Forward to today and roughly 59k miles later since the first replacement it is not doing it again and I am totally out of warranty since my truck has about 88k on it. Ford, CV axles should last longer than 59k miles!!! Any help with this would be great as I have another Ford vehicle on order and would love to get this taken care of before the 2025 Explorer I have on order comes in!
