The engine IS INDEED "all-new" for the 2025 model year. It is their new line of Ecoboost engine family called the MPC which stands for Modular Power Cylinder. It first debuted on the 2024 Mustang 2.3 and also the the Ford Escape for 2023 for the 1.5 and the 2.0. In the Escape this engine...
Well here is the story of my 2022 Ford Maverick Hybrid. At around 23k miles on the truck I started to notice a slight vibration under hard acceleration and upon further inspection found that grease was oozing out of my inner CV joint on the passenger side CV axle. Well called my local Ford...
Well I know that Motor Trend is not an official source from "Ford" and all but Ford did share with Motor Trend in this article here, https://www.motortrend.com/news/2024-ford-mustang-engine-ecoboost-v-8-deep-dive/ in which within that article this statement was made to Motor Trend from Ford, "...

Just had this code pop up on my Maverick today. Dealer won't be able to get me in untill March 1st. Other than the CEL the truck drives and acts fine. Will be keeping folks updated.
YAWN!
