Yea I am aware of them been there done that my Dream Station is a 12v machine when I take my Superduty which I have set up with a watertight 12v outlet in the bed of the truck which is tied directly into my dual batteries it just plug it in and it’s night night time..

Well just as the title says I would like to add a second (have dual isolated Batteries) battery to my 2024 hybrid... It would of course be an AGM, I have a AGM coming for my truck to replace the failing battery that's in there (not waiting on Ford for a potential fix at this point)..

Interesting I have read several posts of guys who have switched to AGM and still had issues but not as frequent.. I bought my truck at the first of May and have only had 2 low voltage issues (IE no dome lights) one in late June and again earlier this month…

If I understand this correctly the AGM can better handle being in a low state of charge and recover slightly faster than a Flooded battery.
This to me just means that it might last a little longer before it take a shit as well..

So why does the BCM need to relearn when the BMS is what is controlling the batteries state of charge??..
