Zeigler Extended Warranty

Good morning, I declined the over priced extended warranty offered in the finance office when I bought my truck. I have been looking at Ziegler’s Ford ESP premium care plan. From what I am looking at, I can get a 5/75,000 premium care warranty with a $200.00 deductible for $635.00. They also have an option of using Ford Pass rewards to purchase.
Has anyone bought an extended warranty through them? Would it be worth it at that price for the peace of mind?

I am not familiar with Ziegler specifically but I have read that a lot of third party warranties are not good, too many loop holes to deny coverage. Would be interested in other's experiences.
When I picked up my Mav last March finance guy offered me the Ziegler warranty but I asked for the factory Ford plan. Showed him Flood and Granger offers and I got it from my dealer for $100 more. My brother is friends with our salesman and the sales manager so I'm hoping for a good service dept experience.

It appears to be a genuine Ford Protect product. I am going to do more research.

You're probably thinking of Zurich Warranties. Ziegler is a Ford dealer like Flood and Granger direct selling Ford ESP coverage.

Remember all warrantys are from day 1 when the truck was first sold. So a 5 year one only adds 2 years coverage. Check with Granger to see if there is a better option for you. I don't drive much, so I got a 10 yr, 60K for my hybrid for $1170. with $100 deductible.

Granger often has sales for members here so i would reach out to them. Came in for m cheaper than Flood which was otherwise the cheapest. Better customer service too. Flood acted like I was bothering them when I asked a few questions.

That means you get 2 years of coverage for $635.00 or use your points and get it " free", worth it?

I’ve bought two from Zeigler. Used their $250 payinfull discount code that brings it in line with Granger and Flood.

I have used Ziegler as well. Just traded Mammas 2020 Edge (68K Miles) that I bought the 10 120K $0 deductible warranty on I originally paid 2500 for from Ziegler.

Since I traded it in on a 2024 Edge I contacted Ziegler for Cancellation refund. Guess how much I got back?

$2002.16! I say that was a Fair deal since the 2020 Edge had over the Factory Bumper to Bumper and was over the 5 years 60K powertrain. I didn't use it once; but for a 500.00 "Insurance" it was worth it to me.

I went with Granger for the ESP for my Maverick. That was a good deal from them. I paid 1535 for the 10 year 100K mile 100.00 deductible. Both places are fairly priced versus most dealerships.

Purchased my 10yr/125K mile Ford Premium Care ESP from Zeigler on my new 2024 Mav Lariat. They matched the Granger price. The difference was dealing with Samantha (Sam) Adams. She writes all of the Ford ESP's for the Zeigler Group (multiple dealerships) and is very knowledgeable and helpful.
