I reached out directly 3 separate times, I’m in Michigan so local to me. Zero response. I’ve had very good response from tunes on vehicles in the past this my mod path follows my past vehicles. Just ordered cv intercooler this am

So did you try more than one time? Which one did you load? I’ve had over 8 vehicles done. with lms turns and never once was it meh.
How did you try and contact them and when?
Seems very out of character on both accounts from them.
I assume it’s in the loading process. If you are not noticing a noticeable difference in even the tip in. Than you don’t have a tune flashed onto the truck.

It’s absolutely noticeable when the tune was on. It changes throttle position, shift points, start stop frequency, etc. but it’s barely any faster. I tried normal mode with tune, sport mode with tune and sport mode no tune, all very similar 1/4 mile.

So if the tune is loaded correctly which it is based on throttle changes. It’s definitely design something it doesn’t like and pulling timing or boost.
More likely need to data log a good pull and send that in.
Perhaps it’s a very safe to to start the process. Or maybe bad fuel. Mine is significantly faster. I have much larger tires that are heavy and even on my tow tune it will outpace the 3 friends I have with them stock with stock wheels and tire sizes.

Ran my truck with a draggy type unit did 14.58 with down pipe, drop in filter, and 3” exhaust.
Flashed a 93 performance tune and ran a 14.55. I’ve honestly never had such a weak tune, is the 24 overwriting the tune? Basically in normal mode no tune the truck is a touch slower, but the tune fells almost identical to sport mode. I also feel like the truck launches harder without the tune (obviously a little 2 footing necessary)
Super underwhelmed for the money!!!

It’s same brand. Paid $575 from fast mavericks
I bought stainless works dp used for $600
Green drop in $50 from steeda
3” was an mbrp but I cut it up and added a muffler bought used for $300

So, you purchased an LMS tune from a third party? I didn't know LMS did that. Something seems fishy here.... Which level tune(s) did you supposedly get?

Fast Mavericks is an authorized dealer for Livernois. Nothing is fishy.
Call Livernois tomorrow and discuss this with them.

Correct nothing fishy. It’s not third party as like a Cobb and other can write tunes to it. He simply sells the my cal all tunes are from Livernois. I’m sure it will all get ironed out as I’ve never had any issues short or long term with lms tunes. Hence why I trust them to void my warranty with if the first 1k miles on all my stuff.

I like to think I make good decisions and I trust lms is the better of the tuners out there I just feel slightly abandoned. I started this post to make sure I didn’t set my expectations to high or something.

I remember reaching out to Burger about their tuner and would it work with a 2024. He replied back they hadn’t finished it yet. There may be something different in the 2024 ECU that is limiting performance?

Should not be. Mine is a 24 and tuned just fine.

I ask because this past weekend I saw where someone purchased a tune from Livernois and has been waiting weeks for their tune file and has contacted them multiple times to crickets. I'm wondering if something is happening at Livernois that is causing an issue?

someone made a similar complaint last week here on MTC but that is the only time I've heard of such an issue. apparently you can't load a map until they activate the device and pair it to your truck.

I just looked their page for the first time in probably a year and it looks like they don't charge separately for the transmission tune and launch control anymore. I would definitely question whether 2024 is supported yet.
