Meh, pretty much just looks like the Air Design spoiler. That being said, if I didn't already have the AD spoiler I'd probably buy it lol
What I'd love to see would be a spoiler for the tailgate that's more aggressive than the AD one.
Well if anyone else was wondering if the LOBO shift dial would work in the 22-24 Mavericks you'll be sorely disappointed like me. The 25+ Gear Shift Module (GSM) has a smaller, 22-pin connector compared to the 18-pin connector from the 22-24 Mavericks.
From what I've found the coding are in the GSM itself, which FORScan doesn't have access to for some reason. I tried to swap out the shifter from the LOBO, but the pins are different. 22-24 shifters have a 18 pin connector, the 25's have a smaller 22 pin connector.
Well my LOBO came in yesterday, I absolutely loved this truck, but unfortunately couldn't take it home.
I've driven the LOBO and a '25 Lariat and can definitely tell the difference between them and my '22. The steering is quick and responsive with the short ratio steering rack, and the...
It's a gas particulate filter (diesel guys know of these as diesel particulate filters have been on them for a while). Ford started introducing them on Lincolns about 2 years ago, and now the new Mavericks, Bronco Sports and Escapes have them and is the reason for the drop in horsepower. Looks...
I've actually already got the paddle shifters on my Maverick currently lol, but full manual mode would be nice.
The LOBO also has the upgraded locking rear differential which is what I'm most looking forward to.
I'm so glad I stumbled across this. After having one of the recalls done and having to go back in and modify some of the vehicle settings in ForScan I could not figure out why my truck was doing this nor how to correct it. Glad I wasn't the only one with this issue!
I agree, while I don't like the particular design of this scoop, or cowl, the lip around the edge makes it look a universal stick on piece from the ricer aisle at AutoZone. I am glad to see people making stuff for the Maverick though. Now maybe if they came out with a cool roof or tailgate...
That was my main thought since I have the paddle shifters on mine. Would be nice to just skip 2nd gear when manually shifting since I typically just end up double tapping to skip it since it's such a short gear.
So from what I have been told the new "7-Speed" transmission used in the LOBO is just the same 8-Speed Transmission with 2nd gear skipped for quicker shift. Apparently this is what they did in the Edge ST as well.
I have tried to search and can't find anything so I wasn't sure if some of you...
One of the first things I did on my truck when I got it. But I kept the Maverick cluster and just swapped the Bronco Sport gauge faces and kept the Maverick needles.
Got a little bored at work today, gave a few designs a shot, a Maverick-based "Flex" as discussed in here earlier, a Maverick Passenger Van, and Maverick Cargo Van
