Tune plus BOV Question

This afternoon I put on the Steeda ‘BOV’ and I’m about to install my Cobb AccessPort for the first time and had a thought.
It’s my understanding that the BOV just vents the boost to atmosphere instead of recirculating.
I had assumed that the AccessPort wouldn’t have an issue with this but thought I should double check before installing. What’s everyone think?
