Considering they haven't even announced them yet, we don't know when you'll be able to order them or what features will be available. Will you even like it after the refresh?

Same as the OP. Gonna order my 2025 this fall if I like the refresh (I'll also test drive the refreshed SC just for grins).

But I'm in zero hurry - I'm still enjoying another 18 months of 0% financing incentive from Ford. So I'm one of the few on this forum who will have his fingers crossed that Ford takes its own sweet time fulfilling my 2025 Ecoboost order. If it arrives one day before my 2022 warranty expires - that's a win.

Also, I'll probably delay ordering a few extra months just so that the guys and gals on the assembly line have the opportunity to make all the mistakes they're gonna make with any new tooling or processes for the 2025.

For me it's 100% about a tech refresh. Literally don't give whit about anything else.

They'd have to change it radically for me not to like the '25. The '22 is my 2nd favorite vehicle EVER (that I've owned).

My favorite was a brand new 1988 Dodge Daytona with T-tops. It had some electrical issues, but that car was AWESOME!!

Have they announced when the ordering banks will open for the 2025 Model Year Mavericks?

I love my 2022 Maverick, but I really wanted a bigger screen and 2+ years later, no one has come out with an affordable replacement. I hear the 2025s will have a bigger screen (or the option for one).

Also, I was playing around and building a Maverick on Ford's site to see how much they cost now, and it looks like they got rid of cyber orange. I like the color but wouldn't get it again. It's more yellow than orange imo. I'll probably go with hot pepper red if I do get another one.
To answer your questions, no, Ford has yet to announce when the order banks for the 25MY Mavericks will open considering the refreshed production model hasn't been officially released to the public yet. But guesstimates say it'll be unveiled during the summer time and order banks will open soon afterwards. It's yet unclear if the new horizontally oriented Sync 4 touchscreen will be standard across all trims or if it's a standalone option on lesser trims. You can safely bet it'll be standard equipment on the Lariat trim. And yes, they did get rid of Cyber Orange after the 2023 model year. You're not alone on the yellow opinion. I personally think it's more on the spectrum of yellow than orange. That's why it's nicknamed School Bus Yellow 😄 Since I have a Hot Pepper Red Maverick myself, you won't regret it if you do get one. It's a beautiful shade of orangey red that sticks out and gets compliments aplenty.

HPR is a great color; my first Mav was that color. I sold it to my dad and he loves it.

I ordered a 2023 to get AWD, moonroof, and the Atlas Blue (I’m a UK grad). Ended up adding FX4. HPR is probably a bit closer to Clemson colors anyway.
Thanks for all the Maverick ordering discussions here. I started being interested some years ago (2020? 2021?) when they were first being offered, and was tickled that the dealer said that I might be able to get a 2023 model. Later, at the other times I inquired, the order books were closed, sigh.
Fortunately for me, my other elderly vehicles have continued to chug along (with much help from dedicated mechanics) but I know they can't last forever and I really have to get serious about buying a new vehicle.
I was already thrilled to learn that the Maverick started being offered with the hybrid configuration, and my eyes did a double-take to see that word "AWD" in the response above. The lack of AWD was the very thing that was making me hesitant about getting a Maverick.
Is it true - is AWD really available???
PS Cyber Orange was going to be my color of choice.

And stay open for 12 hours before Hybrids sale out for the model year, non-hybrids likely a full day til sale out .
The 2024 order banks are still open for all models and trims. The backlog is basically cleared at this point.

I didn't know any of that about "Cyber Orange" when I ordered it and didn't find out until about a week before they scheduled mine for production. All the pictures on Ford's site were more orange than yellow.

I think I could have changed the color before they scheduled it but was afraid it would delay production. This was going to be the first vehicle I ever bought (new or used) in 38 years of car ownership that was the color I really wanted...and then it wasn't. :( At least I'll know next time.

Darn! That's what I was afraid of, from when I first started researching Mavericks. "Thanks David", she says sadly.
I just noticed your name Minnie. Pretty funny. Do you mulch for a living?

I ordered my CO xlt on June 28, got it 11Nov21. The color had been out for 2 years on Mustangs so I knew what it looked like.
ClemsonU88 - your NCST friends will love your HPR.

it is a clever name for the forum, I just wanted to reply and say hi .. dee hidey hi

:ROFLMAO:

regarding your MY2025 order question it really depends. I think MY23 was exceptional, they had supply chain issues and wildly higher than expected demand for hybrids.

whatever they're doing in MY25, I don't think will be delayed like it was in MY23. I think we'll see orders open in July as they did last year.

As I remembered, it’s generally around the second or third week of May and never later than the first week of June. At least recently Different models open different times the hybrids will close quickly. I think as in the last few years.
