New to this..So you dont need the stalk (new switch w/button) swap for lane assist now & it can all be done with EZ settings?

Just ordered my cable to connect so trying to have everything ready to go!!
Also just picked up my 2024 maverick Xl hybrid 2 days ago after a 9 month wait.

I bought this and followed the setup guide, it works perfectly save for a minor snag due to me having a hybrid.

Follow it until it has you do:

720-10-01
1800 0001 0253

720-10-02
0100 407A

Do NOT touch those settings or it may create issues, there is no reason to modify them as they have nothing to do with the lane assist.

It's the cheapest new one I could find. There were some less expensive but they had scratches, which bothered me being a new vehicle.

@EONR24 i got a 20-23 escape platinum left side steering wheel switch to add cruise control to my xl. I changed the sscm left to 11 but got a DTC. Do you think this switch needs a different code since it’s the platinum version? I looked for part numbers to match in forscan but I didn’t have any luck. Thanks!

Didn’t add a stalk just the switch. I think the part number for the switch is LB5Z9C888H

Anyone found code section to alter the tire pressure warning setting? I am running 30 to 32 psi cold (well, lately 70F) to reduce harshness (just me for load). On the last few cooler mornings I get nag message at 28 psi (50F), until pressure comes up after cruising a few minutes. Looking to lower the warning threshold to 26psi.

I found out where to make the change at after doing some research! Here is where the change needs to be made in the BCM. You have to use a HEX TO DEC Converter which I can do real quick and get you the correct coding for 26 PSI.

Simpler question do you know the 22xl OE left steering switch number in SCCM? I’m just going to put it back in and maybe order the correct switch next time. I didn’t read about it throughly and got the wrong switch and it looks like most people change the right side too but I’m not sure that’s necessary.
