I tried a BS badlands gsm. It plugs right in and works but when you hit M it puts it in L. So I think but not sure the BS badlands gsm is not needed just someone to figure out the programming to change L to work as M.

Interesting, so it must be something within the PCM then. Bummer.

Hey everyone, currently the only coding that may cause DTCs is the DRL as turnsignal. The coding works great and does not illuminate the check engine light but stores something called a CMDTC (continual memory) in the BCM. So even though it was cool, I have removed it from my maverick for now. There could be a fix, which might be disabling front turn outage left and right but I just reverted back to stock BCM coding.

In the process, I discovered that adding the wireless keypad through FDRS changed and populated these 5 lines of coding below in Forscan that were previously all ZEROS from the factory. So maybe THIS CAN eventually be figured out through FORSCAN.

New to this..So you dont need the stalk (new switch w/button) swap for lane assist now & it can all be done with EZ settings?

Just ordered my cable to connect so trying to have everything ready to go!!
Also just picked up my 2024 maverick Xl hybrid 2 days ago after a 9 month wait.

Yeah I haven't done it personally because my XL came with co pilot 360 but I know several owners who have enabled lane assist without installing a stalk at all.
