No updates this week and Ford chat has no updates either…

Just checked with Ford chat and it’s still estimated to be delivered 12/02 - 12/08 which seems, uh, a bit optimistic. What's your ETA now? Mine is currently 12/12 - 12/18.
That would be awesome but no idea. @fordvideoguy any idea? The build week 11/13 orders are having some kind of hold up. Orders have been sitting at the received from body company status for several days now.
Does anyone have a factory contact that could give some insight?
I don't have a contact at the plant and you probably won't get anyone to help you. I can tell you about the 8 vehicles that we had that were built that week. 5 are still at the plant and haven't shipped out yet. 2 are in KC and should be here this week. 1 arrived at the dealership on Saturday. That would be awesome but no idea. @fordvideoguy any idea?
Makes sense, in a Ford way haha. Thanks for the detailed answer/insightI don't have a contact at the plant and you probably won't get anyone to help you. I know everyone thinks the first built should be the first shipped out but it doesn't work that way. I have a theory that they get parked and if they have a delay at the railyard then they park newer Mavericks behind the older ones so they can't get to those older ones before moving the more recent ones. So if you are going to move it anyway, why not go ahead and put in on the train. Thus, vehicles built later get shipped out before vehicles built before them. This is just a theory but I've seen it happen a lot. I have 3 2023 Mavericks sitting at the railyard in Kansas City but have received about 35 2024 Mavericks. It happens and no one can do anything about it. Once they are released it is out of Ford's hands and into the shipping company. Ford can't tell them what to do.
Not that this information can help but maybe explain some things for you.
mine is the same way 11/13 scheduled in production 11/16 nothing new sinceMine was scheduled 11/13. Been showing in production since 11/16. Nothing new since then. Frustrating.

Yeah I talked to my dealer and they helpfully told me it's in production and they would let me know when it arrivesUpdate everyone! I contacted my dealer and they say it shows as In-Transit with ETA of 12/12 according to their system.
It's worth a shot to ask your dealer for an update. I simply said the online tracker has not been updated since 11/16 and would like an update.

dealer and chat should be the same. I don't trust the tracker as far as I can throw it. At least the tracker available on the it's built email to customers.Makes sense, in a Ford way haha. Thanks for the detailed answer/insight
Would In-transit show only if it has shipped? Trying to gauge what order status is more accurate (tracker vs chat vs dealer)
I have the exact set of date changes but I was told by chat 11/18 it will be built. I am in Canada so I don't know if it takes 1 month to ship like my dealer told me (same with bronco sports and escapes). He said the mavericks take a bit longer but they are coming from the same factory...but they are coming in higher quantities so still not sure haha He also said I am River City's first MY24 maverick which would put me in the position that Ford Guy said of the back of the line possibly. I ordered when the banks opened July 17th so I'm just hyper ventilating at this point that it is finally coming lmaoooI honestly was not expecting it until spring so I’m not pulling my hair out yet. Originally scheduled week of Dec 11. That then changed to scheduled week of Nov 13. Got email saying in Production Nov 9, then later in Production date changed to Nov 17. Been sitting there ever since. Ford chat says it’s in second stage of production whatever that means.
No Thanksgiving in Mexico.I think some employees were in a rush to leave for Thanksgiving and they forgot to scan some barcodes before loading our trucks lol
