Agreed!

My build is in my signature :) Basically a 2.0 XLT with the 4 major add-ons, plus sliding window, moonroof and full size spare.

I paid exactly what was originally agreed to and is the title of this original thread - 3% below invoice - fees were $180 docs and $45 transfer fee (out of state tags). I will receive a temporary title which I will then have to take to the MN DMV and pay registration/taxes at that time. I didn't finance the whole truck (or intend to) so had already planned/expected that expense.

And just to be clear, there is an invoice pdf floating out somewhere on the forum - invoice itself is roughly 3% below the MSRP for each individual option give/take. But really you can check the math yourself - I just optioned mine out with the invoice sheet, then multiplied that value by 0.97 to get the 3% discount (note the discount does not apply to the destination $1,495 charge as that is a fixed Ford charge). I've attached my window sticker - the price I paid before the $225 fees/tag) was about $30,7xx give or take (not going to do all the math again!)

You have basically the exact same build that I have from Grainger, I have the floor mats, and no moon roof only difference. I'm also in MN, with a 10/15 build date. How long after your build was done was it delivered? Also I haven't gotten too deep into registering in MN yet, have you done the math and know what to expect for taxes and registration in MN? I have about $7500 to put down, I'm guessing it would make sense to hold some of that back for the MN expenses. Were you able to get any incentives? I think the only one I qualify for that's advertised is the First Responder one. Congrats build twin! Do you love it so far?

No, we're only doing out of state purchases. Only leasing in-state.
Do you have inventory in stock or just taking orders for now? How about for hybrids?

We've had a couple of the initial stock production orders come on that were made before OKTB. Those trucks have gone out as soon as they've come in. Should be just retail units coming in now.

We do not participate in courtesy deliveries. I believe that is what you are referring too and yes, we are in Granger, Iowa. About 20 minutes from the Des Moines airport.
Do you do airport pick up?

For Granger >> If I'm correct, no dealers are getting any hybrids they can put on the lot for sale right now, true? Anything that comes in is simply a customer order you are delivering? The word was that dealerships would not be getting hybrids until the backlog of of customer orders were filled. Is that what you understand as well?
I think Ford is dumb not to supply every dealer with at least one not-for-sale demonstrator hybrid customers could see and test drive. And then, change that 60/40 production split to favor the hybrids. That is where the news and excitement is. The Ecoboost is nice, but really just another small truck. No news there.

Ford can't ship/deliver a single Hybrid yet - the EPA rating process has not been completed.

Yes, only retail orders until demand is filled, then stock.

Demo units are a new thing and certainly not something we've come to expect. The bronco program was a new animal for us in that.

I thought the concept of "demonstators" had been around for a long time. I would hear of dealers selling off their demonstrators after a while at a discounted price as they were "slightly used" vehicles. Same with courtesy cars and loaners. They were a way to get customers excited about a new vehicle having had a chance to ride in / drive one.
Guess you don't do these things when you can't even fill initial demand. Ford has created what has the potential to be a runaway success in the middle of supply chain, worker shortage, chip manufacturing, container ship backups, and all kinds of other problems. It has to suck to have so many hungry buyers and no product to sell.

You may or may not have heard of us but we are active on the B6G (Bronco 6G) and F series 14G (F-150 14th Gen) forums and are here now to help as I can, there is not tons of info out yet but here is our offer to you on the forum....

I will answer questions as I can, I try to be available most of the time however I have a full time job at the dealership (Granger Ford in Granger Iowa)

I will do my best to provide accurate (not speculative) comments, will not bash any dealership or participate therein...

There are many great dealerships in the US to choose from, Stephens Automotive in WV comes to mind with John Holstein doing a bang up job there...

Question has been PM's to me now more than once so on here is goes...

Is the 3% below invoice of of the just the base vehicle...

No we are taking the 3% under invoice from all of the models, the only exception would be a "Raptor" SVT type of vehicle that is severely limited in production compared to the normal lineup..

· Can we sell the Maverick at 3% Under Invoice?

I have personally visited with a Ford employee about our pricing and confirmed we can sell at any price we choose. If you look at our website pricing on all our vehicles we have transparent upfront pricing without the need to negotiate.

That is our business model and the Maverick is no different. This is a mass produced vehicle and we will not take advantage of the initial demand and mark vehicles at MSRP or higher.

· Are there any hidden fees/Additions?

The state of Iowa has a state regulated documentation fee of $180. We will not throw on mandatory add ons or fees for other items that you do not want or need. There is a Transit tag for out of state that the fee is $45... Those are the only upcharges that will apply to the price of the truck...

We will offer financing, extended service contracts, accessories, and protection products that are all completely optional and up to the discretion of the consumer.
I plan I buying the ESP thru Ford. I’m in NJ and I see other dealers selling the plans for less. If I buy the Ford Plan, not a dealer plan will I be able to use it at my NJ dealer? I’ve done this with my Toyotas for years until Toyota shut it down.

Ford plans are nationwide. Our EGAssurance plan is our preferred vendor and is nationwide as well. We do not sell Ford ESPs.

Well I better stick with Ford ESP because the link from Ethos, the parent company to the BBB is not rated good at all. Thanks.
