Ford seems to be using LIFO ordering instead of First In First Out. I will be a year Sunday and I am pretty sure there are older outstanding orders out there. Kind of interesting looking back at all the Thursday scheduling days.

It is good to see them taking care of so many orders finally.

Yeah, I was really surprised, I was prepared, and kind of hoping, for a delay to push me a little more into next year. I saw there were some walkouts from the strike though - so guess we will see when the real date is!

Well, my daughter ordered from the same dealer and received a build week.
Asked her to register and post, but kids never seem to listen.
So here are the details.

I wanted to order a 2023 Maverick but missed the short order bank window by a day. I had a dealer attempt to put in an order for me, but it never went through. I've been keeping a close eye on things and was ready to pounce once the order bank opened on July 17th. I considered ordering through Long McArthur, and follow their channel on YouTube, but they did not take new orders this year. I called around to local dealerships and found one willing to sell at MSRP, had allocations and a few hybrid carryovers and seemed just as knowledgeable as I was about the order bank, allocation, priority, etc. He placed my order on the 17th with a priority 10.

Once again, Ford, have you forgotten about the XL's??? 360 days for my order, and still waiting to get scheduled. Will be at least 15 months before I can get a plain XL ecoboost with only full size spare, tow hitch, and rubber bed mat. Now that Ford talked me into changing to Ecoboost, they are making more hybrids. It is hard to know what to do.

I thought the same thing! Had an order in at a dealership since September of 22. They have been inattentive at best. So i decided to hedge my bets and order a truck at another dealer the same time I confirmed my rollover at the first dealer. The NEW order I placed in July of this year has been scheduled for production while my rollover order dies on the vine. Sadly I won’t get price protection (wish they would’ve extended that plan to the INDIVIDUAL instead of the dealer because the dealers can be sketchy AF) so it remains to be seen that I will actually be able to afford it.
