And with a 13 month instead of 11 month production run and adding a 3rd shift they can probably build close to 150K Mavericks for MY24.
In another thread several people were claiming that Mavericks were coming off the assembly line one every minute (actually the claim was every 58 secs.) If you do the math with three shifts that equals 43K per month and a little over 500K for the year which is what I would expect out of a production line.

Minus the time the line is making Broncos Sports instead, is down for maintenance/incidents, and the shutdowns four weeks a year (or at least that, two in the summer, two around Christmas/New Years from what I've seen on here).

Also think they normally only run 5 days a week not 7.

the 53k MY24 orders including 23 carryovers is very interesting. How many will not take delivery hoping to pick up a lower rice in the future via rebate, interest rate subsidy, etc. when the order bank opened i went out on a limb and predicted in wouldn't close and provided my reasons. I hope this is a temporary slowdown in interest although I will note that Hyundai had 2k rebates over the July 4th holiday, while supporting 24-year rollout, was also concerning. could have walked onto the lot here in NE Ohio and driven one off the lot with the rebate and probably negotiated further from the MSRP. Previously the dealers had MSRP "adjustments," upward of course.

I know WE are counting the possible production numbers. But, Do the Trucks for the Argentine, Brazil, Canada and Mexico markets, come off the same line. Hersomillo is the only birthplace of the MAV's ... Right?

I only do numbers LOL. I think I remember someone else said the same thing in another thread so you are probably right. Plus Broncos?

Canadian, and US trucks are made in Mexico. I believe Brazil has laws requiring manufactures to make the vehicles in the country (they have these laws for many other products, so I assume the same for vehicles), so I assume a good amount of the Brazilian Mavericks are made there. Ford may also build the Argentine trucks in Brazil as a result.

All Mavericks are assembled in Mexico. Ford does not sell enough in Brazil and Argentina to justify another manufacturing plant. In 2022 they only sold 1,382 in Brazil and 2,149 in Argentina.

So, the majority of the production is US-destined..

I am not sure about this year but my 22 rolled over to a 23 took about 6 weeks from the time of rollover to pickup. I had an XLT hybrid with lux package.
You had better luck because you ordered an XLT. The XL is the red headed step-truck of Ford.
