Get it addressed. It's a massive issue in the Escapes and here too, but I feel people are less informed about it here.

They used a crappy battery and they have an updated one you need to swap it with. Do not accept the dealer telling you anything else.
If it is the battery, I'm happy to replace it, but that's what the warranty is for. Would prefer them to furnish it to me.

You have to update everything in forscan when you swap for the newer higher capacity AGM. It's also a couple hundred dollar battery.

There are TSBs on the issue, FORD just refuses to fix the problem at a production level. Tell your dealer it's going into deep sleep and you want the updated battery from the TSBs.

I just bought my Maverick Hybrid on the 16th, and picked it up three days ago. Paired Ford pass to it at the dealership and saw the deep sleep in message, I cannot use any remote functions. But nothing seems off about the truck, so I don't know what to do. I did a few BCM resets, tested the voltage on the battery after it set overnight and it was 12.3v.

If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate, should I hit the dealership up right away?
I am in exactly the same situation, with same things tried, on my Ecoboost that I picked up this week. Remote lock/unlock worked once sitting the the truck and then it went to deep sleep during the dealer demo at pickup and has not come out of it. None of the other symptoms of deep sleep, like limited interior lights are there. I've done the BCM reset twice.

I am worried that I am stuck in the situation Ford describes here: why-does-fordpass-say-my-vehicle-is-in-deep-sleep-mode-when-it-isnt
They have a known issue where the system won't work with the app and they don't know why.

Fact:

The 12v batteries shipped out of Mexico with the truck are weak or otherwise of low quality.

Mine at 6 mos won't take a charge beyond 12.3v.

If not for the "deep sleep" messages giving people an early heads up, there would be a lot of surprised folks when the battery dips into the 11's. Then you start getting random codes and malfunctions.

The OP has a Hybrid which takes a group T4 battery. Exactly which T4-size "updated" AGM Motorcraft (or any manufacturer) battery are you referring to from any Ford TSB that will actually fit into a Hybrid Maverick?

Ecoboost Mavericks were shipped with both flooded and AGM batteries...

Mine did as well the first couple days I purchased it. Went away once I started driving around enough to charge the battery.

I drive for 4 hours straight.
Battery with key off: 12.3.
Battery next morning: 11.8 to 11.9.

I'm mobile currently, but it's the same ones as the Escapes with the 2.5L. Same setup. Same TSB. Same updated larger capacity battery.

Nope? K. Real helpful.

It's the same issue.
Nope...

Some Hybrid Mavericks have suffered from multiple issues causing Deep Sleep or no start ( faulty cable, faulty lug, faulty battery, etc.).

There is no Hybrid Maverick TSB to replace the battery with a larger (or AGM) battery. Unless released in the last ~week, there are no commercially available AGM Group T4 batteries, Motorcraft or otherwise. There is virtually no room to fit a physically larger battery into a Hybrid Maverick without under-seat cutting or modification. See the link in post #34 to the thread where I replaced my battery and resolved my Maverick Hybrid Deep Sleep issues of ~6 months....

I'm hoping it's just from when it was in transit, but I'll definitely post an update after I get her fully charged and reset the battery monitor system.
I had never heard deep sleep until my yard trimmer pulled that trip on me (when you live in Hawaii getting lithium batteries is a nightmare). We have this place called battery bills they are the best and he showed me how to take it out of Deep Sleep so just in case I know what to do with the Maverick when it comes in.

I got the deep sleep notice on my truck the day I brought it home, but I just drove it around for a few days and it stopped happening. I assumed it was from the battery having sat unused during the month it took to ship it here.

Yep, it would be nice if an overnight charge on Hybrids was part of the Dealer PDI, but I don’t see that happening.

Good luck...

So there is not a TSB... yet. There is on every other vehicle that suffers from this issue. I'd be on the lookout for one and it's one reason why I avoided the hybrid (but I still do like the hybrid). The drain on the Escapes is a huge problem and judging by these forums - it's the same for the Maverick too. I'm only relaying the knowledge I have from that setup - because it's the same deal regardless if the battery is different. That's what I meant.

Did you replace the battery with a larger capacity one? What is the difference compared to the stock one?
