So my Maverick has been out of deep sleep, and has shown no signs of going back into it. Dealership doesn't wanna mess with it if it's not being a problem and I don't blame them, so I'm gonna keep an eye on it but for now everything is in working order.
Though now I wonder about adding a dash...
So... My app never updated, so I doubt it was the update. But now I'm scared to update. Lol. Gonna do it and see what happens.
Edit: Updated app and still no deep sleep, so I dunno. I might be golden, but I'm keeping the appointment just in case.
Another update. So I pull into my driveway today, come inside, and I'm looking around on my phone check the Ford Pass app, suddenly my truck is out of deep sleep, I'm so confused. Gonna keep the appointment with Ford to update the infotainment system and what not, and just in case the deep sleep...
I've sadly done this twice with no effect, though I'm going to try a third time because you know, third times the charm. But in the event it doesn't clear up I have a scheduled appointment on the 13th to bring her in to the service department.
Stopped into the dealer today, have an appointment for the 13th, gonna do a software update, there's some TSB, and then try and track down the deep sleep issue of it persists. The lady in the service department literally said "not this again" when scheduling it.
I don't know if that's a good or...
Charged to 100%, tested and got 13v. Did a battery monitor system reset, started vehicle. Message didn't go away. Unpaired uninstalled, reinstalled, and repaired my Ford pass app, message came back immediately.
Problem persists.
Edit: On the bright side, I did get my 42k Ford pass reward points.
Working with Ford via messenger, but for the moment I've not been able to get the battery over 12.5v. I'm going to pick up a slower charger tomorrow and see if that will do it, but if not I'll update.
All great advice, I'll probably do a battery replacement just to rule it out after tightening everything down, I drive it at least 17 miles per day so I couldn't think of any reason why this would be happening.
All my lights and everything come on when unlocking the vehicle, and stay on for...
Grabbing one of those now. Thank you for the insight, if I can't get it to drop off after an all night charge tonight, I might have to look at the dealership sideways. Lol!
I appreciate the input nonetheless, I'm just trying to figure it out. I charged the battery up before I took off tonight. Then did a battery monitor reset, still nothing.
I've tried everything, nothing makes that message go away. Even completely uninstalling and removing cash and files from my phone unpairing and repairing still it comes back.
