I would think that a Lariat would be higher margin for Ford and thus have a better chance, unless of course it has constrained stuff on it like splash guards, tri-fold bed cover, or "Load Box Bed Liner". I put that last one in quotes because I don't know if that is the drop-in bed liner or all bed-liners in general. But since all three of those items can be added after the fact, anybody insisting on keeping them in their order is just seemingly making it less likely they'll get scheduled.
Well, my '23 arrived at Conway, PA at 5pm today ( built 14-June, shipped 15-June). One step closer.....

Hopefully mine is on that same train. Shipped same day and heading to the same destination. Unfortunately, Ashley stated that they could not give out railcar numbers any longer at the request of their Ford rep. I have been trying to gauge when it would arrive since I have a vacation scheduled near the ETA. I know that after so many days it goes to general sale. Also, for anyone who has already taken delivery, do they honor the invoice price from the signed DORA when you placed an order? Or do they go by current sticker/invoice pricing?
It's off final invoice. In my case, the invoice amount on my DORA in Sept 2022 was 27751, and the final invoice was $28211, but after the 3% off and the $2750 private offer, I got it cheaper than I would have gotten my originally ordered 2022 Mav if it had been built.
All the emails I got from Ashlie and team had this disclaimer, which I assume everyone's did:
To their credit, they were great about the whole purchase process. Didn't push a bunch of add-ons, and although they preferred a cashier's check (since I was from out of state), because it was a holiday they accepted my personal check for the down payment.
you should be able to get your railcar number from Ford chat if you provide your VIN, I did and have been tracking movement daily..
Totally agree with this. The Chapman team was awesome and super efficient. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.
21 days for me...arrived at Conway on 3/19 and I picked it up on 4/8, the day after it arrived at Horsham. Getting before your vacation doesn't look great, unfortunately. Especially with a holiday in between now and then.
