FYI a few days after the sale is completed, you'll get 42,000 FordPass points, which is $210 to spend at the Ford Store. I just ordered my BedRug through there for a total of $39 after points. Sure, it's a little more expensive than RealTruck at $240, but you get $210 off the top and that doesn't even get taxed.
I want to install the full bedrug with side pieces and the Ford website doesn't have them. I'll probably just save the points for oil changes.

Mine shipped on 5/11, with a tracker ETA of 5/26/23 - 6/8/23. Per Ashlie's check of their system, ETA is 5/29 - 6/4. :)

Haven't done an update in a good while on the total unscheduled remaining at Horsham. I reached out today and they let me know that they haven't had any schedule since the 4/16/23 round, so as of today, they are still at:
154 Total Unscheduled
127 Hybrid Unscheduled
27 EB Unscheduled

I wanted to get the data point, as I'm hopeful they'll get a bunch this Thursday. I know that all of us rollovers are already scheduled, but figured there may be other non-rollover folks watching this thread, so I'll try to continue to keep it up to date. :)

Mine arrived at Chapman today. Thursday will be 4 weeks from the date of shipping. Hopefully only a few more days until they let me pick it up.

In yet another rite of passage, mine is now appearing on the Chapman-Horsham website inventory. I know it's just stock images and not really my truck, but still... kinda exciting. :)

You're in the "lots of patience" phase. For reference in setting expectations, my travel times were:
  1. Rail travel: 3/25-4/17
  2. Waiting to unload at Port of DE: 4/17-4/22
  3. Waiting for a United Road hauler: 4/22-5/1
  4. Prep time at Chapman: 5/1-5/2 + two more days waiting for temp tags
37 days total transit from Hermosillo to Chapman, and then a few more for prep and delivery.
Question... how did the final arrival date (not including the temp tags) compare with your deilvery window ETA from Ford?

Ford kept moving the goal posts for the expected delivery, both shifting it back and broadening it. I think I had maybe three ETA changes, but the actual delivery fell within 2-3 days of the end of the final window.

I think Ashlie has a much better system/guessing game that is more accurate than the Ford tracker. I emailed her 4/27 to see if she had any idea when a hauler would be scheduled and her ETA was 4/27-5/3.

My current window is 5/29 - 6/4, and I'd been planning to have my son drive up there with me to drive my old car home. As Murphy's Law would have it, his high school graduation is 6/5, and we'll have grandparents in town leading up to it. Further, my wife says she's uncomfortable with him doing a long drive right before graduation. All these things suggest it might be best if it was a bit delayed.

On the other hand, I would love for my mom to get to see it/ride in it while she's out for the graduation. Plus I've been waiting so long and doggone it I'm kinda eager to get my grubby little mitts on it! #firstworldproblems

Followed up with the sales team this morning to see how they did during last week's "Schedule Palooza"... seems they did pretty well. 24 more builds scheduled - 12 of them hybrid, and 12 of them EB. Here are the new numbers:

130 Total Unscheduled
115 Hybrid Unscheduled
15 EB Unscheduled

Here's the full table:
DateAllocation MonthHybrid Sched (Total)EB Sched (Total)Hybrid UnschedEB UnschedTotal Unsched

4/13/23Apr8 (~80)17 (~64)12727154
5/18/23May12 (~92)12 (~76)11515130

Of note, they got 25 last month, and 24 this month,. Since we'll still see scheduling for the full months of Aug & Sep, and then about 2/3 of Oct (before they switch over to producing MY24s), I suspect we'll see roughly 65 more get scheduled (24, 25, and then 16), or about half of their remaining unscheduled orders.

They've already had approximately 168 of the original ~298 orders get scheduled, and if the recent trend continues, they'll finish up around 233 of 298, or 78%. This is really pretty amazing, given our fears way back when Ford was initially forecasting like 11 allocations for the whole year!

When it arrives at Chapman, you will get an email that says you have 14 days to pick it up before it gets placed on the lot for sale.

FWIW, mine took 7 days until Chapman had an open date for me to come pick it up. I couldn't make it down tomorrow (their first available date for pickup) so I'll get it after work on Thursday (I live about an hour north), which will make it 9 days since Chapman took delivery (and 5 weeks since it was shipped from Mexico).

If you follow the United Road daily tracker, they have been getting 5 to 10 vehicle deliveries from the rail yard per day for the past several weeks and are overwhelmed with getting the vehicles inspected and the paperwork completed.

I'll add that with the $2,750 Ford private offer, $500 Farm Bureau rebate, and 3% below dealer invoice (I missed the 4% order window), I am getting my Maverick for $4,700 below the MSRP window sticker and $9,700 below what Chapman has my truck listed on their website after their "market adjustment". All in with tax, tags, title, and doc fees, $26,069 for a 2023 XLT Lux is a great deal. The only upgrade I got was cyber orange paint.

Can't wait to pick it up in a few days as my new tires and rims will be installed on Friday after work. I'll install the bedrug and BAKFlip MX4 tonneau cover Saturday morning. I have a local tire shop that is paying me $250 for the stock Continentals and I'll be listing the XLT rims this weekend for sale.

Thanks again for all of your efforts with tracking this. It has been incredibly useful. This is really good news. It certainly stands to reason all of their EcoBoosts should get scheduled. With this week, possibly, not being a clean-up week, hopefully they get a few more scheduled.

You have a lot of excitement going on with graduation, family visiting, and the Maverick!

Thanks for both these posts, very useful information! I have the private offer & 3% off invoice as well, but no farm bureau rebate; I dunno if they'll charge me the VA sales tax rate (5.3%) or the 6% PA rate - unsure how that works for an out of state buyer. My out the door should be similar to yours - heckuva deal!

On the timeline, I didn't realize they'd give me 14 days to get up there - certainly provides some scheduling flexibility. I'm pretty eager to get it ASAP, so no danger of running out of time! :ROFLMAO:

Excise tax is charged by the DMV of the state you register it in. They made it super easy for me by just providing me the Certificate of Origin and letting me go to the DMV to register it myself. This way, I didn't pay the tax and tags to them and have to wait for the perm plates. Out the door was just the vehicle price + $449 doc fee + $34 temp tag fee. But obviously, this way you can't roll taxes into your loan.

Thanks, more good info! I'm not worried about rolling it into the loan, so the scenario you described would work better for me anyway.

@skadizzle or @MLowe05 I think you were both successful in tracking your rail shipment. For your Horsham order, was it NS or CSX? I weaseled a railcar number from chat yesterday, but thus far no luck on getting status based on the CSX & NS info in this link. Heck, I even tried UP...
