I think it was May last year when I got on the list. I emailed every couple months to check on things. I would recommend calling and getting on their list for people who back out. They’ve called me about 3 different trucks this past month. A couple were marked up, but they had a cactus grey Lariat Hybrid at MSRP yesterday when they called me.
I’m checking in with them about every couple of weeks to see if anyone has been scheduled. I can’t do any Maverick’s that are marked up. Congratulations on getting scheduled. Hopefully mine is getting closer.

I'm shocked at the number of people who don't check their email daily lol.
I see that tongue-in-cheek thing you have going there. Check daily? How about once a month just for good measure? We all KNOW it is folly to check more than that.

I have several friends that have 12,000 unread emails on their phones. That makes my brain itch...

@commadorebob @bearsfan647 - I've been living the island life for the last 10 days and was committed to keeping my laptop shut but....

It. finally. happened. Almost 18 months to the day - my Tremor is scheduled 6/5.

Dealer told me previewed on Weds. Got my e-mail from Ford Thursday.

Bittersweet, definitely don't have the same desire for it as I did 1.5 years ago but we'll see what happens when she arrives.

I have the same feeling. At first, I was excited about a new vehicle. The more I read on this forum, the more I wonder if I shouldn't just keep my trusty RAV4.
If I could have just made the swap the day I went to the dealer, by now I would love it, hate, or have dumped it.

My big issue is that I bet a 2024/2025 interior improvement is on the way and I don't want to be shackled to the 8" screen and shitty infotainment system if I don't have to be.

Also, not happy with the plastic front "skid plate" on the Tremor, and lack of available underbody skid plates for it outside of the engine cover. It's not a real off roader if you can't protect your bits.

Congrats on getting scheduled. I had mentally prepared myself to accept not getting it but now that I've been scheduled, the excitement is returning. I think you might find the same once it arrives.

It did help that we stopped at our property in NC on the way home from vacation - which includes about 7 miles of washboard roads to get off the mountain - most of those 7 miles riding in my wife's Odyssey I was gleefully telling her how the Tremor would eat these roads up and I'd be going twice as fast, and every time we hit a whoop it would be followed up with, "Mav would have soaked that up".

So there is definitely excitement there - just maybe not the unbridled joy I was experiencing when first ordered.

I received my scheduling email on Thursday for a 6/12 build date. Pizza tracker initially showed 6/12 but today there's no build date on the tracker. Shows my vin and order number, order received, but no build date anymore. Is this just normal crap with the Ford website?

Likely the latter. I can't even get the tracker to load. :)

I wouldn't worry about your build date until June.

Us OCD people aren't cut out for this Maverick life 😂 I swear I am not checking that tracker again until 6/1! (Yeah, right)

Happy for you, dude!

I finally saw a TrailBoss and had quite the different feeling than you. I thought it was great both inside and out. Both the interior quality, infotainment, and overall capability seemed way better than the price difference on my Maverick. Could've gotten it 3k under stick too at 37k (sticker is 41k before TTL), but I'm still waiting on the 2024 Tacoma. I'm not the biggest Chevy fan.

Might even buy a 2023 Tacoma under sticker and just use that until 2024 drops since the resale value is so incredible.

I'm just over all of this with Ford. They may get me to order a 2024 Ranger in late May, but besides that I'm over it.
