Call Ford customer service with your order code, sales code and vin if you have it. They will be able to tell you if an offer was generated and if it was give you a certificate number.
Yea called customer service multiple times. Basically if you have no cert they tell you to work with dealer.

Anyways, I think it might be getting resolved, dealer has just gotten a cert number a few minutes ago. Say the amount will populate by tomorrow and they'll let me know.

Hoping this is it.

So after 500 days my truck arrives at dealer yesterday.

I have previously asked my salesman about the private offer, but they said they don't see one and wait till truck gets in and then it should appear. We know how that went.

I should also mention they have no clue what this offer is about, that I qualify or any of it. I had to spell it out to them, sending the EFC10955 document wording to them.

They even said I changed some of my options and that might have screwed it up. I said no way removing SIBL back in 2021 has anything to do with this process. I said if you read the document you see I should get the offer, but they don't care.

He finally went to call someone about it. Came back and said there is no certificate and the person he called said they cant do anything, its auto generated. I said you have to get it generated, he was very irritated and walked off for the last time.

@fordvideoguy @Ford Motor Company is there no recourse on this process to get the offer. I meet all the requirements:
COVPd 2022 Hybrid order
Rollover and confirmed before cutoff date

TLDR: This Private Offer situation is very screwed up
Your dealer needs to get it for you. I bet I could figure out the certificate number if you PM me your 2022 order sheet.

Ford Motor Company should hire you, there whole image would change and customer satisfaction would go through the roof if they would listen to you.

Update for those following this story:

TLDR: I have a "Partial" Private offer and truck is home. This situation has been so bad it's comical actually.

I Ieft off where the Sales Manager SM basically lost his temper and said I was never going to get a Private Offer since it wasn't auto generated.

So this past Monday, I decide to escalate it higher than the sales team and emailed the owner. I explained calmly, without bringing up SM interactions, about how everyone with a rollover order qualify for a Private Transition Offer. Told him the SM said I qualify but I'm not getting one because he cant do anything about it. I said "telling someone they qualify for an incentive but won't get it is a really bad answer".

The owner emailed me that he was going to look into it. My personal salesman texted me a few minutes later that the owner was in the SM office asking him why I wasn't getting this Private offer and telling him to figure it out immediately.

First they were writing me back saying that I changed options on my MY22 order and that cancels my Private offer for MY23. I said how is that even possible or make any sense, they said they would look more.

Low and behold, two hours later the SM called me and said, "Hey I guess I didn't know what I was doing, I didn't mean to be so resistant the other day" He went on to say that he submitted for my certificate and actually received it but couldn't see the amount till the next Morning.

Looking good so far.

Next morning SM emails me and said I got your Private offer for $1750. I told him it was supposed to be $2750. My original MY22 order was a hybrid and the private offer is based off that. Yet again he said that I was wrong. I sent him and the owner EFC10955 again to show the amount was based on MY22.

Again a bunch of back and forth. Finally the owner asked me if I was going to get the truck or not, that the 1750 was the right amount and I had till Friday.

I spent 4 days trying to get this worked out and the incompetence just wore me out.

Decided to just take the smaller 1750 and get the Truck. It was better than what I started Friday with, nothing.

For people saying they were trying to get me to walk away so they could sell for a markup. That is impossible at this dealer. One of the reasons I bought in the past and this Mav is because they sell EVERYTHING at invoice as long as its not a special order car.

Told them this was my last vehicle with them and that I will be filling out the survey accordingly.

So there you have it, I have a Partial Private offer and my truck finally.

Still got a great deal @22k total out the door for XL, Copilot and Hitch. Just wasn't the deal I qualified for.

@BradnChristine you were right, once I got the truck 2 days ago, it was all worth it. I would've taken it without the Private offer because there is no way I'd go through a 500+ day wait again. But put up a fight for it.

Looks like they put your XL grill bar on my Lariat Alto BAP!
Beautiful truck and I'm glad you are pleased. Ford surely could have made this private offer situation easier on both customers AND dealers.

I'm not done. Told dealer I am done working with them on it and will pursue this further.

@fordvideoguy provided me some possible options to pursue.

I wish all dealers were as informed and helpful as Tim, but as we see from me and many others in this same situation, that is not the case. It's easy to see they never read Ford memos when I am trying to explain what this private offer is about and they just have blank looks on their faces.

I asked my wife when we were sitting, is this reality? They really have no idea what's going on.

Its just plain embarrassing that a company like Ford and its dealers conduct business this way.

Where did you get the idea that you could downgrade to an EB and still get the Hyrid private offer? Really? Think about it?

You received the correct discount of $1750.

Not correct - the Private Offer was based on the MY22 order. If the original MY22 order was a hybrid, the offer is $2750.

No......they did not. To borrow some of your own words, "Where did you get the idea" that the private offer amount is related in any way to the 2023 order specs?

The private offer is based on the 2022 order that was canceled. The customer can order whatever the heck they want for the 2023. They could have had a fully loaded Lariat for 2022 and order a base XL for 2023. It does not matter when it comes to the private offer.

Just use common sense. Why would any company encourage a customer to lessen their purchase amount?
