Great to hear! Did you finance thru them or elsewhere?Just picked up 23MY Maverick XLT Hybrid Lux CG from Horsham. They found my order transition rebate for $2750 and I got the price I wanted. Their customer service was amazing and the whole process was really smooth. Took maybe one hour to be out the door. I would definitely do business with them again.

Congrats! Mine left Hermosillo on its way to Horsham on Saturday. A few different customer service reps on Ford chat have been unable to get me railcar info. Curious if you asked and were able to get that info from Ashlie or anyone else at the dealer?Paid in full by check. Thank you. I did not contact Horsham at all regarding rail info. I received all the information for the rail via the Ford Customer Service chat. I've purchased quite a few new vehicles from many different dealers and have never received anything that had more than a wash, interior wipe down, and vacuum. The tires have never been dressed, the vehicle has never been waxed, and the interior has never been detailed.I also picked up my Ecoboost from Chapman this past Saturday. The process was smooth and quick but that was the only good part. My problem is I guess they couldn't have bothered to clean it properly. The Maverick was washed but the wheels were dirty and full of dirt. The tires were not dressed with anything or cleaned. The driver's side floor mat also had mud prints. Then when I got home I noticed a small scratch on a wheel (FX4), that depending on the position of the wheel you will not see. Now have to waste my time going back to see if they can buff it out, luckily I am only an hour away.
The salesperson offered to take it back to detailing again when I mentioned the lack of detailing but I did not want to wait for another hour for something that should have been completed already. Will update you about the wheel once I go back but so far not very impressed with Chapman Ford Horsham.
For anyone picking up from Horsham check your will wheel very closely and also the paint for excessive swirl marks already.
Yeah, all the remaining unscheduled rollovers have been hybrids since late Jan. Hope springs eternal (but maybe not this weekI'm guessing that means all the Ecoboost rollovers must've been scheduled. I see you don't have a Lux package so that probably helps also.
