Just picked up 23MY Maverick XLT Hybrid Lux CG from Horsham. They found my order transition rebate for $2750 and I got the price I wanted. Their customer service was amazing and the whole process was really smooth. Took maybe one hour to be out the door. I would definitely do business with them again.

Just picked up 23MY Maverick XLT Hybrid Lux CG from Horsham. They found my order transition rebate for $2750 and I got the price I wanted. Their customer service was amazing and the whole process was really smooth. Took maybe one hour to be out the door. I would definitely do business with them again.

Paid in full by check. Super easy and were able to use a check verifying service instead of requiring me to get a cashier's check. Process was really easy. Financing I am sure would make it more complicated.

Congrats! Mine left Hermosillo on its way to Horsham on Saturday. A few different customer service reps on Ford chat have been unable to get me railcar info. Curious if you asked and were able to get that info from Ashlie or anyone else at the dealer?

Thank you. I did not contact Horsham at all regarding rail info. I received all the information for the rail via the Ford Customer Service chat. Once you get your rail car number you can use the following dial setup to auto dial and get your tracking info.

My Norfolk Southern Auto Dial
18006355768,,,,,,2,,2,,,8849#,979809#,,,1

My rail car number was #TTGX979809. Once you receive yours you will have to replace 8849 which stands for the rail car designator TTGX with your values. Then update the equipment ID which is 979809 with what ever your ID is.
I'd wait a little while and try the Ford chat again.

I have avoided asking Ford Chat if my priority was still at 11 for several months now, but now that 500 days have passed since my order I thought I'd check in to see if I was any closer.

@EM33 My truck went into Production last week (3/2) so it will be interesting to see how long your truck takes or if they hurry up maybe my truck can share the train with your truck. ;)

I'm guessing that means all the Ecoboost rollovers must've been scheduled. I see you don't have a Lux package so that probably helps also.

I also picked up my Ecoboost from Chapman this past Saturday. The process was smooth and quick but that was the only good part. My problem is I guess they couldn't have bothered to clean it properly. The Maverick was washed but the wheels were dirty and full of dirt. The tires were not dressed with anything or cleaned. The driver's side floor mat also had mud prints. Then when I got home I noticed a small scratch on a wheel (FX4), that depending on the position of the wheel you will not see. Now have to waste my time going back to see if they can buff it out, luckily I am only an hour away.

The salesperson offered to take it back to detailing again when I mentioned the lack of detailing but I did not want to wait for another hour for something that should have been completed already. Will update you about the wheel once I go back but so far not very impressed with Chapman Ford Horsham.

For anyone picking up from Horsham check your will wheel very closely and also the paint for excessive swirl marks already.

I've purchased quite a few new vehicles from many different dealers and have never received anything that had more than a wash, interior wipe down, and vacuum. The tires have never been dressed, the vehicle has never been waxed, and the interior has never been detailed.

I get your disappointed, but you might want to think about running it through the car wash and giving it a good vacuum instead of wasting hours driving down there for them to do basically the same thing. I imagine Chapman is no different than most companies that can't find employees for lower paying jobs.
