I didn't see anything posted on this, but the Maverick plant is adding a 3rd shift!
I hope this means more hybrids coming.

A third shift will open in July at the Ford Hermosillo plant
January 19, 2023
Hermosillo.- As of July, the Ford plant will open a third work shift with the hiring of 1,100 new direct workers and around 5,000 indirect jobs, which will trigger the economic growth of the region, indicated Jesús Gámez García .
The president of the Sonora National Council of the Maquiladora and Export Manufacturing Industry (Index) said that this opening is due to the high sales in the United States of the Maverick truck, assembled in Hermosillo, which forces an increase in the workforce.
"This pick up is the one that is triggering the opening of a third shift, it would be very good and I know that Ford executives have been commenting on it, seeking to bring new suppliers for Ford here, because as we create a local production chain, type cluster, we become more competitive and logistics costs and delivery times are reduced”.

He mentioned that this also favors the attraction of more Ford supply companies and it is estimated that in total about 14 thousand jobs will be created this year around the automotive industry.

Gámez García, explained that the hiring will begin in the coming weeks and it is expected that with the opening of the third shift there will be a total of 7,000 employees at the Ford plant. He also commented that this year, the maquiladora and manufacturing industry will contribute to the generation of 15,000 new direct jobs due to the arrival of new businesses in Sonora.
They are only building 35% hybrids and 65% ecoboost. I don't think that's changing based on them wanting people to switch to ecoboosts based on the dealer memo posted a few days ago. I don't think more hybrid engines are going to magically manifest.

Not quite that ratio.....1100 direct will be inside the building do the assembly and maintenance. The indirect are those in the supply chain....like truck drivers, other business employees that supply parts or service to the facility, etc.
The number of people who don't understand this concept.

Yes, but nobody wants the ecoboosts. LOL. They certainly could have more hybrid components in the pipeline for later this year. Especially since they are now selling them in Brazil. It's not magic. Just increase suppliers.

Just sign entire new contracts with a secondary company who needs to hire additional staff, set up tooling, perform pre-production standards acceptance, and initialize main-line production. Dink-donk, so simple, being an armchair production engineer is easy.

Please speak for yourself. Demand is the opposite % split. Forcing the market, rather than acting according to demand, goes nowhere.
Further, electric charging stations are the next robbery locations.

Ford will announce, on April 1, that all remaining 2022 Mavericks will finish production, and be shipped by February 31, 2029.
Read: Announcement will now happen on July 1st as opposed to originally scheduled April 1st due to supply chain constraint leading to shortage of printer ink to print required documents.

Well, they trying desperately to get hybrid orders switched to EB's, and your right forcing this is going no where. They might've got 1% to switch of the 67% hybrid orders. Still 2 to 1 hybrid over EB.

Assuming it's a manpower limitation at a supplier that Ford can directly interact with to increase production.
No that assumes parts availability increased at the same time. They've had almost 2 years to address this already.

I wonder what the Maverick output will be per shift?

what makes you think they haven't been trying desperately to address this the whole time? "Assuming parts availability increased" is the fatal flaw in your thinking here. When the whole world's economies shut down, many supporting businesses at all levels shut down forever and aren't coming back.
